We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

As a guest, you will have access to the entire upper floor of this duplex property with a dedicated entrance, providing privacy and comfort during your stay. You will have the entire top floor to yourself. Please note the backyard and laundry amenities are shared with the neighboring unit. If you are traveling with a large group, both units can be rented together for added space and privacy.
On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district.

This sunlit Victorian suite, set on the upper floor of a historic 1888 duplex, blends timeless charm with comfort. The living room is bright and inviting, featuring large windows and a cozy sofa for relaxed evenings. Stream your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV or connect with ease using Wi-Fi or the Ethernet connection.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchenette offers all the essentials for light cooking - a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dishware. Stainless steel appliances and farmhouse cabinetry lend character to this compact, functional space, ideal for preparing simple meals or morning coffee before exploring the city.
Sleeping arrangements
Two serene bedrooms each offer a queen bed with memory foam mattresses, soft linens, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. Extra pillows and blankets are provided, ensuring warmth and comfort when the mountain air cools.
Bathroom
A vintage-inspired clawfoot tub with shower offers a relaxing soak after a day spent hiking or sightseeing. Bathroom essentials, including fresh towels and toiletries, are thoughtfully stocked to make your stay easy and restorative.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.
If you are not able to rent a car or drive–no worries! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.
***PLEASE NOTE*** You are renting the upper level unit of a duplex and stairs are required to access this suite. This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main floor and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks. Kindly note the living areas in this unit are small. There is a dining table in the corner of the room that seats about 2–3 people.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. There is NO central AC in this unit.
The backyard and laundry amenities are shared amenities. To access the laundry room, guests staying in the upper unit will need to use the exterior door located on the side of the house.
For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.
Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.
