Chouette appartement bien équipé et bien situé. Propriétaire sympa et extrêmement souple sur les arrivées et départs. Seul bémol : l'odeur d'humidité inhérant aux appartements en sous-sol qui vous saisit en entrant et qui ne vous lâche plus.

Le seul point positif de l’appartement c’est son emplacement Pour le reste la location était dans un état de propreté intolérable ( poussière , toile d’araignée, mouchoirs sous les matelas etc etc) . Sincèrement ma compagne et moi sommes souvent amenés à prendre ce genre de location et c’est la 1ere fois que nous tombons sur un tel appartement Ne recommande absolument pas
