like a small cottage, adjoining a villa dating from the 19th century,
you will appreciate this place both calm and close to the city center and to all amenities (transport, shops 150 meters away)
close to the SNCF train station and all transport Metro - Bus - TEOR, Place du BOULINGRIN nearby
You will have access to a south-facing terrace overlooking the fitted dining kitchen, the sanitary facilities are on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, you will have two bedrooms for 4/5 people with a view of the garden.
Wifi (fiber) everywhere in the property
You can easily park your vehicle in front of the property in our quiet and free street
