This is for the guest apartment only located adjacent to the main house. The property sits on 3 acres off of a gravel road. There is a 750 sq ft gym. Lake Allatoona is about 1 to 2 min away. Red Top Mountain is about 5 minutes away. The Lakepoint sports complex is located about 15 min away. This property is strictly for lodging purposes only. No partying, large gatherings or heavy traffic allowed. These rules will be strictly enforced by guest being removed from the property. No exceptions.

This was a great property to stay at. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Lakepoint and really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and having the gym downstairs was great for my son to get workouts in between his games. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay for a quick baseball trip. Met all of our needs. Was quiet and secluded. Most importantly it was close to Lakepoint. About a 15 minute drive but worth it.

Great spot on the lake. Trails nearby are gorgeous. It is a loft situation so best suited for couples or solo travelers. My son and I traveling for baseball made due. 15 mins from Lakepoint. I slept on the couch which worked pretty well.

Great stay for the price, especially compared with other VRBOs in the area. Convenient parking, a full kitchen, large tub and shower, and spacious king-size bed were all big positives. The bed is on the softer side, but that’s personal preference. Plus two TVs was nice for downtime.The only thing keeping this from five stars was the cleanliness. It wasn’t bad, but the floors could use a good mopping and the hand soaps were very watered down.One thing to be aware of: the listing advertises being about just short of 5 miles from the LakePoint Sports Complex, but GPS directions were closer to 9 miles and about a 17–20 minute drive depending on traffic.Otherwise, there wasn’t much to complain about. The host was easy to work with, checkout was incredibly simple, and overall it was a great value. 8/10.

It was a short stop on our way home. Didn't use the kitchen, but everything you would need was there. Not use to the steps as in Florida, there aren't many. Pretty good work out! LOL Very clean, and comfortable.

Absolutely loved my stay here at Lake Allatoona! The rooms were spacious, clean and the best were absolutely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and had some cool extra gizmos. The gym was a super cool feature to the place. My favorite part was the bonfire out back. Definitely used that night 1 and 2. Thank you to the amazing host.

Great Guest House

A very nice guest house, very clean and had everything we needed. So hard to find a nice pet friendly accommodation, really happy we found this spot for the night on our road trip.
