Such a nice quiet comfortable place to stay. The kitchen had all the essentials and we greatly appreciated the little banana bread loaf. It was nice getting out to walk on the trails too.

Couldn't have had a more beautiful, peaceful spot for a weekend retreat or warmer, more accommodating hosts. The house is on beautiful land with walking trails--full of birds and flowers in the day, and the stars at night. Extremely peaceful. There are a lot of fun things to do in the area, too. We biked, went to a flea market, hiked around the state park, and had old fashioned at a classic Wisconsin dive. Roberta and Kim are extremely communicative, kind, and generous, a true pleasure to meet them and see their corner of the world.

Relaxing, lovely weekend getaway

We loved our stay at Roberta's place! The space is lovely and comfortable, with a beautiful country setting, lots of hiking trails, and friendly, accessible hosts who made us feel warmly welcome. This will definitely be at the top of our list for a second visit!

Cute spacious place with lots of amenitites. Appreciate the higher quality items (such as towels that are actually absorbent!), eggs, loaf of bread, and opportunity to compost. Perfect rural getaway with lots of trails on which to roam around.

Quiet and peaceful!

My fiancé and I loved staying here, it was quiet and we really got to feel at peace. There are a lot of places to visit that are not far from here either. The local kitties were also so very sweet and friendly. :)

Again, the views, birds, nature. The Driftless exists nowhere else in the world. We feel privileged to live here! The community is phenomenal and the small town offerings are special.

What makes this property unique

We are quiet, serene, pastoral and wholesome. Situated in the rolling hills of the Driftless, close to trout streams, challenging bike routes, we enjoy our magnificent sunrises and sunsets. We have wonderful neighbors who raise chickens, sheep, produce, etc. Our neighborhood is congenial and nourishing!
