Nestled in the quaint mountain town of Incline Village sits this rare property, literally steps from the lake. The romantic 1,100+ SF two-story condo sits in a beautiful and gated community with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding snow capped mountains. Wake up to an awe inspiring lake scene from the master bedroom. Two decks allow you to take in the spectacular views and fresh air. Many Tahoe rentals claim to be on the lake, when they are actually lakeview. THIS UNIT IS LAKEFRONT.

Tahoe boasts world class skiing. Diamond Peak ski resort is just three miles away and Northstar only ten miles. For those wanting even more top class variety, Squaw Valley Resort and Alpine Meadows are twenty miles away. Snowmobiling can be found ten miles away at the Brockway Pass. Apres ski, make a fire in the wood burning fireplace for ambiance and warmth back on the lake.

Summer months in Lake Tahoe are incredibly special and allow a variety of activities, including; golfing, hiking, biking, swimming, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, zip lining and much more. This property boasts a lakefront private sandy beach with sun chairs, umbrellas and a barbeque.

The greater Tahoe area is especially attractive for the avid golfer. There are numerous courses in the general area, ranging in degree of challenge and price. The beautiful Incline Village Championship Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., is located just one mile away. The well-renowned Edgewood Tahoe course is a short and incredibly scenic fifteen mile drive.

The condo accommodates four with one queen bed and two twin beds. The property vibe is relaxed elegance. Smoking (of any kind) is strictly prohibited on the entire property. Pets are not allowed. Service animals with verifiable credentials or medallions are welcome.

The condo has a fully stocked kitchen. Towels and linens are provided. The unit has a washer and dryer.

This community was developed in the late 1960s. This unit was renovated in the 1980s. While the unit is immaculately maintained, the decor is “Mountain dated”.

Why they chose this property

This lakefront Tahoe community is the gem of Lakeshore Boulevard multi-unit communities and the pride of its owners. It boasts just 22 units, keeping it peaceful, neighborly and safe. Many owners are generational owners. These units rarely come on the market. The grounds are the most beautiful of any condominium property on the lake with thoughtful landscaping, lawns, paths and a private sandy beach.

What makes this property unique

Literally lakefront. No other unit between you and the lake. Be wary of the condo listings claiming they are lakefront. While the condo community may be lakefront, very few units for rent are actually lakefront. This unit IS LAKEFRONT.
