Beautiful home, stunning view of golf course, near beaches and airport
Beautiful home in gated community. The house is 3,200 square feet on a double lot, with a spacious eat in kitchen, large formal dining room, a living room. House is great for entertaining.
The pool and hot tub are south facing and have a great view of the golf course and pond. Very private patio area, ideal for eating outside or inside.
House includes all amenities, WiFi, three large TV's, hard wire stereo system, Sonos in bedrooms, washer and dryer, 2 fridges, Kitchenaid electric stove, oven, microwave and heating drawer. Large two car garage. Access to golf course can be arranged on a monthly trial basis. Great clubhouse. Only 15 to 20 minutes to airport and 10 to 15 minutes to Fort Myers beach.
