Amazing place and Hist

From day one the host has communicated and helped with any questions. The property is well kept and in a very quiet location so was easy to relax and enjoy the time we had in the house Only issue was the amount of dog poo that was outside the dog walking area but that did not impact on the amazing accommodation and very helpful host Would recommend to evrryone

Top petite villa , tout confort, très propre et propriétaire super gentille.Mieux vaut avoir une voiture. Le village est un peu loin à pied en plein Août, même si elle vous dit que c’est à 10mn …. Elle est extrêmement sportive !Prix correctBon séjour à ceux qui en profiteront !

Bonjour Nadia, ayant réservé la villa pour votre mère âgée de 80 ans et votre autre sœur que le village situé à 1,6 kms (du centre ville et 1,9 kms de la plage de Villeneuve-Loubet) vous semblait loin, et que l'utilisation de la voiture pour s'y rendre était préférable, surtout avec cette chaleur estivale. Je me réjouis de votre appréciation et je suis contente que vous aillez passé un bon séjour au calme dans comme dehors sous la pergola de ma petit maison, toutes sensibles à son charme, ses prestations et sa tranquillité. Et j'ai beaucoup apprécié votre sociabilité, votre respect des lieux....ce sera encore un plaisir de vous accueillir une nouvelle fois. Gemütlich, Ruhig und Frisch!!

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Villenouve Loubet, das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und liebevolle eingerichtet, alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Beide Sch-Z mit voll funktionierenden Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Umgebung traumhaft, wir haben von Villeneuve Loubet, mehrere Ausflüge gestartet. Die Jungs , könnten im Pool schillen oder zum Strand gehen oder fahren (Navette) Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!! Merci beaucoup Virginie!!

Super gîte

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Virginie qui propose un gîte tout confort, extrêmement bien situé : à la fois au calme et à proximité de magnifiques sites de la côte d'Azur, de Cannes à Monaco en passant par Antibes, Èze, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Nice et l'arrière pays. Nous sommes sous le charme.

Schöne Wöhnung mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln

Diese Wohnung ist sehr durchgängig eingerichtet. Es sehr schön durchdacht und erlebt ein eigenes Design. Ein paar praktische Dinge fehlen wie mehr Essbesteck. Und ein paar Schüsseln. Die Wärme war sehr hoch in den Räumen. Im Küchenbereich hätte ich mir noch einen Ventilator gewünscht. Die Schaltung der Ventilatoren und einiger Lampen ist eigen und nicht selbsterklärend. Der Gemeinschaftpool ist sehr gut. Wir waren eine Woche mit dort. 2 Erwachene und 2 Kinder 15,16. Die Wohnung ist schön , mit Kleinkindern aber nicht zu empfehlen da die Treppe nach unten sehr eng ist und kein Geländer zum halten besitzt.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Virginie qui est une personne très agréable. En ce qui concerne la location, c’est une petite maison très propre où l’on s’y sent très bien.Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour y passer de magnifiques vacances.

Petite maison mignonne et soignée

La maison est bien située dans une résidence sympa avec des résidents gentils, elle est très bien agencée. Très belle piscine. Belle aire de jeu à 5 minutes à pied. La hôte est gentille et disponible. Nous avons passé des vacances agréables à 4.

Außergewöhnliches Design -Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus von Verginie ist zwar kompakt, aber bietet dennoch alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für einen Aufenthalt wünscht. Dank perfekt durchdachter Stauräume lässt sich alles Benötigte gut finden und die eigenen Sachen perfekt verstauen. Die überdachte Terrasse und die vorhandenen Gartenmöbel bieten zwar ausreichend Platz und etwas Schatten, bei sommerlichen Temperaturen und Hitze hätten wir uns hier über einen zusätzlichen Schattenspender (Sonnenschirm/Sonnensegel) sowie Liegestühle gefreut. Besonders loben möchten wir die ansonsten perfekte Ausstattung und die außergewöhnlich geschmackvolle Einrichtung.

We had a wonderful time at Bastide Giraud. The location allows easy access to both the village and the beach. The accommodation was everything we wanted and the host, Virginie was extremely helpful.

For the first rental of my house, I was very lucky to welcome an English couple, Mikala and Patrick : a model of tenants respectful of the place, pleasant to rub shoulders with, discreet .... who has all my confidence and that I would be happy to receive again.
