Guests have full access to the apartment and all building facilities. We’ll give you the privacy you need, but we’re always just a call away if you’d like tips or assistance during your stay.
A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout. 1. We hope you understand that noise is a concern for neighbors, especially after 11pm. 2. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be cancelled without refund. This also applies if there are more people coming than expected. 3. We can provide early check in before 3pm or late check out after 11am upon availability. An extra fee of $20 per hour will be apply for the extra time of stay. 4. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe make up with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets. 5. We love animals but some of our guests are allergic to animal trace so no pets including service animal. 6. For any issues or complaints, we will try to resolve within 24 hours. We do not issue refund.

The property was exactly as listed. The space was cozy and the location was fantastic. Lots of eatery options on the main Ocean Drive and still more options within 3-4 blocks all directions. I felt safe the entire time.
Everything was perfect. The room is steps from lummus park and the beach.Everything you need is next to the building from food to shopping we had a great experience
The location was the unit’s best feature. It’s literally a 5-minute walk to the beach and ocean. There a walking and bike paths up and down the beach. Super convenient CitiBike rental station across the street. Endless food, drink, dessert, and grocery options including CVS and Walgreens all just a few steps or a few minutes away. If you’re looking for effortless access to South Beach Nightlife, Restaurants and more, this place is a great option.
