This is a great location- you can walk to restaurants, shopping, clubs- and of course the beach!!
We are at 530 Ocean Dr., with just a park between you and the beach. We have on-site management, a perfect place to relax and enjoy some fun and sun

This bright and airy condo has a flat screen TV, KING bed and a NEW futon sofa for additional guests to sleep on and a NEW flat screen tv with a lovely kitchen and eat in counter –overlooking Collins - the quiet side of the building. .- can accommodate up to 4 people (recommend 2 adults 2 kids or 3 adults 1 kid).

We do have coin operated washer/dryers on every floor. Decorations or furnishings may change or be updated

This is a studio that can sleep up to 3 people but space is limited - we recommend a max of 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 kid on the couch.

Helena- the onsite manager is available for all questions or if you need anything and she has some great recommendations. Lummus Park Beach is right there-We are close enough to Pink, Nikki Beach, fat freddys, wet willies and many great restaurants.

A car is NOT necessary.....


The South Beach Local is the cheapest and most scenic way to travel South Beach. The shuttles breezes around South Beach every 10-15 minutes, stopping at numerous bus stops. The shuttle is air conditioned and the fare is only 25 cents. The hours of operation are as follows: Monday to Saturday (7:45am - 1am) Sundays and Holidays (10am - 1am)
