Join the family of people who instantly love "My Blue Heaven" for its accommodating charm, large open and airy rooms, comfortable and spacious gathering areas, and absolutely outstanding location in Rehoboth Beach. This house is a rare gem that wraps family and friends in an alluring beachy embrace.
If you want an ornate and Ritzy hotel-like environment, look elsewhere. This house is upgraded with modern conveniences including a newly added full bathroom for 2026, but it is firstly classic, comfortable, and endearing - conveying an easygoing Rehoboth charm. This is a clean, beautifully constructed home with tall ceilings and gleaming hardwood floors throughout!
When you are lucky enough to get a good rain during your stay, you will never forget enjoying it from this covered side porch! ...and evenings on the porch provide the makings for a lifetime love affair with this wonderful beach home.
Rehoboth consistently ranks in the top few beaches, nationwide! Staying in My Blue Heaven, you'll be in perhaps the best location in all of Rehoboth, known as "the Pines of North Rehoboth". You'll be just 5 doors from the beach and around the corner from the start of the boardwalk at the Henlopen Hotel. This location feels both near to all the action and removed from the hustle and bustle of boardwalk foot traffic, Rehoboth Ave., and Dewey Beach. This is the area for long summer walks and bike rides. The beach at the end of the street is included in the Rehoboth Beach Patrol (lifeguarded) and seems like a secret destination for its combination of great location and relatively private, uncrowded shores and close proximity to the boardwalk.
The house is recently painted and very well maintained with newly refinished hardwood floors throughout, new premium mattresses in all the bedrooms, new windows throughout, fresh paint and and professionally cleaned and carefully sanitized between arrivals. It is comfortably decorated with an unpretentious, easy-going beach vibe. Well equipped with a large collection of board games and movie videos for all tastes for your enjoyment as well as cable TV, WiFi broadband, a large kitchen with island and all-new appliances, fully stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, and utensils you could ask for – and yes, even a crab steamer! The dining room table can be extended to seat large groups.
This three-story home seems to absorb a large group easily with room to spare. Kids of all ages will love the huge all-original all-wooden bunkroom atmosphere of the top floor (the "attic"). This is a wonderful and spacious classic colonial house for large family gatherings or for up to four couples in their own private rooms with a large combined kid’s room above.…or just use the top floor for more friends!

Lovely house in a great location. Close to the beach and the boardwalk. The screened in porch was a hit with all. The host was so helpful and kind. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Perfect family residence. We liked the screened in porch. Great location. Easy parking. Excellent communications with the owner. All in all, high value for our money.
House was very comfortable for a large group. Easy walking to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants/shops in town. Clean, well decorated, and wonderful location!
The property was an adorable beach home that fit our needs wonderfully and was a close walk to the beach! Very accommodating and would for sure come back again!
Loved the house, favorite part was screened in porch. We had a great time & loved everything about the house and location. So comfortable, beautiful area of Rehoboth, we couldn’t be happier!
Great location; charming, old-fashioned beach house
My husband, two daughters and I had a great stay at The Pines! The house is a short walk to the beach and has a spacious screen porch with lots of comfortable places to hang out. Beds were comfortable and showers had plenty of water pressure. Street is quiet with beautiful historic houses. Would definitely come again someday.
The house has the old school charm of a traditional beach cottage with modern comfort. It was great for our large extended family. The porch and living room accommodated little kids and adults easily. The bedrooms were good sized and the beds were comfortable. We loved the side entrance from the outdoor shower.
The location in the ocean block can’t beat. It was easy getting to and from the beach with toddlers. It made for a fantastic vacation.
This property is a historic home that has been well maintained, with some updates including kitchen appliances. The location was perfect for us… just under a mile walk (or drive) to the center of town, but nestled in a residential community less than a block from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay! The owner was very communicative prior to our stay and very responsive when we had questions. The only consideration for larger groups is that there is just 1 full and 1 half bath inside the home, with an added outdoor shower and an extra toilet and sink in the laundry area. Enjoy your travels!
We recently stayed at this beautiful vacation house and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It was an unforgettable experience! The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Every room exudes comfort and style, making it a perfect home away from home.
The location is fantastic. It was a short walk to the beach, and close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants available on the boardwalk. We loved the convenience of having everything within reach while still enjoying a peaceful and private retreat.
The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals for our family. The living area is cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating for everyone. We especially appreciated the large screened in side porch.
The host was very responsive, providing all information needed to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
Overall, this house exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

Inaccurate listing
We recently stayed at this beach house and unfortunately wouldn’t return, primarily due to cleanliness issues and a misleading bathroom situation. The listing claims there are two full bathrooms, but that’s a stretch. In reality, there’s only one proper full bath inside the house—on the second floor. The so-called second “full bath” is actually a toilet in the laundry room (no A/C, very cramped), plus an outdoor shower located on the side of the house. One of the bedrooms has an “ensuite,” but it’s literally just a toilet in a closet. These separate elements do not add up to a second full bathroom, especially for a house advertised as sleeping 12–14 guests. Having only one true shower indoors created a daily bottleneck and was a major inconvenience. The house itself is dated and could use a refresh. While we were told we couldn’t check in early due to cleaning, we arrived to find chips under the living room table and sticky residue on top—disappointing to walk into a supposedly “clean” space. The bedrooms were decent, but the attic space was unbearable in the summer heat, even with air conditioners running. The host was communicative, which we appreciated, but ultimately, the issues with cleanliness and the lack of adequate bathroom facilities made this a poor fit for our group. We wouldn’t stay here again

The house is generally okay, but off-putting things include very old amenities, the bathrooms were listed as 2 when in fact there was one full bathroom, one very small half bath and a sink and toilet in the laundry room- I contacted the manager about it, and he said they counted the outside shower to get to 2 baths. The outside shower was a bunch of shower curtains and some lattice work, and had a drain that did not work, with 3- to 4 inches of standing water. None of our young people would use it as there was some openness to it. Also, the house was listed with AC but it was not central AC (misleading).I also shared our concerns about the pipes which gurgled into the sink and/or bathtub when the toilet was flushed, this was in the only complete full bath (also, w/moldy shower curtains). The manager said that the gurgle was there all of his life and it was normal for the house. The third floor attic bedroom was very dark (listed to sleep 4), had several inches of dust under the beds that was blown around the room by the 5 big fans (provided) and 2 ACs- it was a difficult sleeping situation, especially for those with allergies. In short, the house should not have been listed for accommodating 14 when there is only 1 full bath! The house itself has good bones but has not been updated as it should have been for such an expensive property. We've been going to Rehoboth for over 40 years and this house was not up to the standards of a top property as others we've rented.
Our family (5 adults) were so happy with our stay. In particular, we loved: the screened in porch with multiple sitting areas, the breezy classic decor, the outdoor shower, the newly installed windows, the distance to the beach and to the boardwalk, the serenity of the street, the two parting passes, the well stocked kitchen and the newly renovated upstairs bathroom. After day one I would walk barefoot to the beach daily!
Our days were spent on the porch and then beach and at night we ambled in to the great restaurants Rehoboth offers.
We will 100% book this place again.
Just one thing folks may want to make a note of is that there is only one full bath in the house. This was not a problem at all for us - given the outdoor shower and the general vibe of a beach vacation, but just highlighting it for others to be aware.
Thank you Keith for being a great host. We look forward to our return.
Our family group found this property to be perfect! We were able to walk to the beach, walk to the board walk and spend evenings exploring the neighborhoods.
We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our multi-generational family beach week. Plenty of space for us to spread out — screened-in porch was great! — and loved the location so close to the beach. Our host Kevin was really helpful and responsive. Would definitely rent again.
The house is such a wonderful short walk to the beach and the boardwalk We love old houses and we loved the living spaces where the whole family could gather. The back porch was perfect for all of our beach stuff! The dining table was perfect for family dinners and games. It was a great house for a very special week!!!
We enjoyed this house as a family of 10. Very spacious with tall ceilings, lovely side porch. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only recommendation would be central AC and more comfortable beds for the price of the house. We had a great time. Thanks!!
