1 kitchenette equipped with induction hob 3 fires, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher -
1 bedroom with double bed in 160cm for 2 people duvet -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Washing machine. Dryer. Electric heating. Private parking space. ENERGY CHARGES INCLUDED. Balcony furniture. Common bike room. Very good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra pet (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.)
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
