Adorable Settlement home with seasonal lake and waterfall views

Views of the waterfall and lake Galena in the fall, winter and spring. For the spring, summer and fall we have a fire pit and 4 chairs for you to use, just bring along your firewood! We kindly ask that you put the chairs on the gravel next to the deck, the landscapers will not cut the grass if the chairs are in the way. We have a charcoal grill off the back deck. We ask that you bring your own charcoal and clean after each use. This home was just fully remodeled. All new furniture, flooring, cabinets and bathrooms. You will have access to 6 proxy cards to enter into the Owners Club. Parking is on site, WI-FI, all smart TV's to login into your NetFlix acct. Each of the bedrooms has their own private bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with mostly everything you need. Towels, linens, throw blankets, coffee, creamer provided. Toilet paper, paper towels too
*ABSOLUTLY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. IF THERE IS A SMELL OF CIGARETTES, CIGARS, OR MARIJUANA THERE WILL BE A $100 FINE.
* ANY LOST PROXIMITY CARDS WILL COST $50 TO REPLACE.
*Limit of 2 dogs under 25LBS each. There is a $50 per fee per dog.
No cats allowed.
If a pet exceeds the weight limit without approval will result in a $250.00 fine.
