Cosy du Birdie Logement 4 pers avec piscine
Welcome to the cozy Birdie!
Located in the heart of the typical Savoyard village of Giez and right next to its golf course, in a friendly atmosphere, 5 minutes from Lake Annecy and its beaches.
Perfect for a family holiday, discover a charming studio in a comfortable holiday residence with two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a games room with billiards, table football, table tennis and pinball, as well as a tennis court!
Ideal for 4 people, this studio on the ground floor has a terrace and a garden, a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, an open kitchen, separate toilet, storage and a bathroom with a large bath.
Television, equipped kitchen and coffee machine.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator (the garden is higher on the accommodation side, this is why the terrace is on the garden level).
Sleep like you're at home with our new bedding, perfect after a day at the lake or in the mountains, linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The golf course, restaurants and shops of Giez are within walking distance, you can move without a car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking.
Wifi available at extra charge in the residence. The price is €3 per day or €15 per week.
Visit its old village, admire its castle and enjoy its golf!
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Très bon séjour
Appartement très cosy, très bien équipé, jardin agréable attenant à l’appartement.
Résidence calme, les équipements tels que la piscine, la salle de jeux sont sympas, en revanche il manque quelques bancs près du terrain de pétanque et des lumières le soir.
Tout s’est très bien passé, le cadre est splendide.

Charmant petit appartement . à proximité du centre et du lac. Très propre . Très mignon , personnel s en occupant toujours présent et toujours à l écoute si besoin nous vous le recommandons à 100%.

Bon coin mais prestation pas complète
Ça pouvait être mieux, mais on a été déçu par le fait que les prestations dans l'offre ne correspondent pas à la réalité. On s'attendait à ce qu'on pouvait profiter du moins au baby-foot, tennis de table, tennis, piscine. Mais tout a été impraticable soi disant à cause du Covid. Finalement, on à juste chercher à nous occuper dans la chambre et visiter qlq lieux. Alors qu'on a eu le propriétaire au téléphone ( 4 jours avant notre arrivée)qui nous confirmait la possibilité de les pratiquer sur place la raison pour laquelle on a fait la réservation
