Great place and location

Perfect for a ski trip to key stone. Easy walk to the River Run Village as well as the nearby restaurants, coffee shop and market Garage parking was a bonus. First floor location was also great to not have to hit elevators or stairs at the end of a long day on the mountain

A chance to reconnect.

Everything was absolutely easy peesy to book, check in, and check out. You are a 10 min walk from River Run and among local residents. You will be an easy walk from several restaurants and the night life of the town. The garage is a gem for the cold days and storage. I would 1000% book this home again. My son loved the comfy sleeper sofa.

Was very disappointed as they listed in description that there was a wood burning fire- I was only looking for places that included this- when we arrived it was a gas fireplace- sounds a bit silly - but was really looking forward to smelling and hearing a real fire. Everything else was spot on and wonderful!

Awesome Condo, Awesome Location

Well appointed condo - comfy furnishing, comfy bed, great art work. Well stocked kitchen with spices and oils available. Vacassa dude was awesome in dealing with a defunct water heater! No worries from past reviews about the loud water heater. It is brand new. Location is great. Walk in boots to the red bus line and go right to Mountain House, check your skiis there too. Enjoyed a month in the condo and will return again!

Very nice property- very clean and comfy. Only couple few things are worth complain- there is no ice or fridge water- you have to buy your own if you don't like tap unfiltered water. Also grab bag of ice from the local store. Another thing is very loud noise at night- not sure what was that- some boiler issue? Maybe heating pump? But anyway- it was noisy half of the night and EVERY night, so I assume it's some kind of building machinery or something. other than that- no problems at all!!!

The hot water heater was very noisy. (It needs to be flushed/cleaned. The animal smell was very strong. I would suggest having your property manager clean the floors and check on the water heater…

Everything was great and was as promised, EXCEPT the hot tub was out of order. We had kids that did not care about skiing, but wanted to go in the hot tub. They were very upset when it was shut down. We went into silverthorne to the rec center both nights instead, which was not convenient.

Willing to help, but nothing was done.

First off, wrong code to the hot tub. Never did get the code from the management. I had to ask people staying there. Next there is no king in this unit and was tight sleeping in the bed. Lastly, the morning we left there was no hot water and could not shower before leaving the unit. When spending $2500 one would think this would be a top notch place to stay. No real thrilled with this outcome. I only gave two stars because of the location that’s about it.

Great townhouse with lots of room

This townhouse had a great setup with lots of room. The kitchen was completed stocked including spices and coffee + filters. Very nice to not have to buy those things at the grocery store. 2 items that need to be fixed are: 2) the master shower is not draining and it's not fun to stand in a puddle of water 1" deep. 2) The smaller bedroom needs better lighting. It's very dark in there. Also, The owners may have a dog. It was no problem for my group and it was very clean with no odor at all. If you have pet allergies, this is probably not the property for you.
