Un delicioso rincón para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno a medio camino entre Teulada, Benisa y Mo

La casa es pequeña, cuidadosamente decorada y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de relax y tranquilidad. El aire acondicionado se agradece en verano y la piscina es perfecta. Fuimos con nuestras 2 perritas y el jardín totalmente vallado nos dio mucha tranquilidad. Se respira paz todo el día y los atardeceres son deliciosos. En resumen, un sitio maravilloso. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio no es de gran calidad. Nos sorprendió que no facilitaran ropa de cama para poder lavar y cambiar las sábanas/toallas (estuvimos 3 semanas) así que fue un poco incómodo. Todo lo demás diría que fue perfecto.

Jolie petite villa bien au calme, bon agencement, tout était parfait Je tient à féliciter encore l'équipe de l'agence pour sa réactivité Vous êtes vraiment au top Juste un petit détail il manque un peut d'ustensiles de cuisine (saladier, petit plats) mais on a su s'adapter J'ai acheté quelques couteaux pour la cuisine (j'adore faire la cuisine)

Isolated and very basic

The property is very isolated, it’s not realistic to walk to any restaurants, bars, shops etc. The property itself is very tired inside and is not well equipped. We had to buy our own cushions for the hard plastic sun beds, no kettle for making hot drinks and the furniture is old and past its best

Thank you very much for your comment, as it always helps us to improve. The house is located in a rural area, as you can see on the web. Approximately 1 km there is a small nucleus, where we find 2 restaurants and 2 km, a small supermarket. The house has hammocks are special hammocks to use without cushions, as for hygiene, hammocks pads are not recommended (if not dry well a fungus is created in the cushions). The furniture is practically new, rustic style, as you can see in the photos. Regarding the kettle, there is no in the house, but there are kettles and microwaves to heat hot drinks. If you had asked us for a kettle during your stay, we could have provided one.

Cette propriété est merveilleuse

Nous sommes partis en couple durant les 15 derniers jours de juillet 2016. La propriété a totalement répondu à nos attentes. Le lieu est ressourçant, plutôt isolé ; il nous a permis de nous détendre en toute plénitude. La maison est très bien équipée, elle correspond plutôt à un couple avec un enfant ; elle se situe à 15 mn de la plage de Calpe (que je recommande). Je vous conseille le restaurant Casa del Mar qui se situe à Altéa : où l'on mange la cuisine authentique espagnole. La propriété était très propre et les photos du site sont conformes à ce que l'on a trouvé. Nous avons vécu un séjour merveilleux et souhaitons y retourner. Vera de l'agence vous accueille avec beaucoup de chaleur et d'amabilité, c'est un très bon agent. Nous la remercions vivement. Un abrazo ! Benita.

Per "ricaricare le batterie" con un po' di fortuna

Ottima villa in posizione strategica. La casa e' vicino ad altre 2 abitazioni ( lo potete verificare da google). Va tutto bene se non ci sono vicini rumorosi altrimenti la tranquillita' non e' piu padrona. Si trova su un promontorio in una via senza nome...non la trovate molto facilmente. Qui non fa caldo come giu al mare e la sera la temperatura scende, quindi e' quasi impossibile fare in l bagno la sera. Siamo a circa 300 metri di altezza. La notte quindi si dorme bene anche senza condizionatore ( vicini permettendo ). La casa e' ban curata nel particolari. Piscina sembra piccola ma e' vivibile. Manca la lavastoviglie ( come messo in annuncio ) noi eravamo in 2 quindi non ci sono problemi ma in 4 o 5 le cose cose cambiano. Internet veloce quindi ok , TV ottima e si prendono canali via SAT. Letto standard e duro. Materassi nuovi quindi e' abbastanza buono. La casa deriva da una vecchia costruzione a pietre ristrutturata quindi all'interno e' molto umida anche in estate, dovete usare il climatizzatore per tenere un certo grado di umidita'. Per il resrto tutto ok, doccia bagno e stanzetta ok. Il problema qui e' che sei lontano da tutto. E' una zona residenziale ma la citta'dina piu vicina e' Teulada circa 5 km trovate supermercati ecc. La spiaggia piu vicina e' CALP e ci arrivate con qualche difficolta'. Le strade sono tutte saliscendi e neppure tenute molto bene. Tenetelo presente nella vostra vacanza. Dovete spostarvi parecchio in auto e volete vedere qualcosa o se volete solo andare in spiaggia. Per il resto nulla da dire a parte la lavastoviiglie, solo un appunto per le signore delle pulizie. Secondo noi non erano fatte molto bene. Importantissimo , ripeto sembra una zona isolata ma di fianzo avere 2 case, una con piscina ed e' al di la della strada e l'altre e' senza piscina proprio attaccata...va a fortuna se vi trovate gente rumorosa e' finita perche' e' molto vicina a casa vostra... Attenzione inoltre alle strade, fanno veramente schifo e sono strette, sembra una zona poco curata e quindi semi abbandonata. Andate molto piano. Secondo noi la cosa piu bella qui e' il clima, mentre verso il mare e' umido e fa caldo, qui sopra e' abbastanza secco e con vento. Come ho gia' scritto pero' la casa all'interno e' umida e quindi dovete convivere con questa cosa... Se non avete problemi allora ee' la casa che fa per voi.

Gracias por el comentario. Solamente que las playas mas cercanas son de Moraira y Benissa a 5km.
