Right in the heart of historic downtown Williamsville

A clean and comfortable apartment with a walking distance of anything you want to do in Williamsville. Our host was awesome and everything was terrific. The place is even nicer than described online since some renovations have been done.

A very special place

I love my stays at The Village Flat, the location is perfect for easy walks to restaurants and shops and close to all that Buffalo has to offer. Nia is a warm, thoughtful and generous host and I look forward to making stays an annual tradition!

Perfect place to stay for a destination wedding

The Village Flat was just perfect for my husband and me to stay while in town for a wedding. We enjoyed the walkability of the area and the quiet, comfortable accommodations to return to at the end of the day. The hosts were wonderful and easy to get in contact with when needed. We’d be happy to stay again in the future.

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location in Williamsville, easy access to major highways. Very clean and had absolutely everything you could need. Owners were so nice and easy to reach. We will come back again.

Weekend in Williamsville

Jeremy and Nia’s flat was perfect for what we needed and in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and Glen Park. Check-in and communication were all very easy and we had a great stay! Thanks for hosting us!

Perfect for us

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay near our family and close to main st. This was perfect. Easy access to shops and restaurants, walking distance and easy parking. The flat was thoughtfully appointed with cooking supplies and sundries, clean and comfortable.

Perfection

We rented the cottage and the flat for my son’s wedding. The flat was perfect because we were all able to have our own space but still able to be close. The hosts were great to work with. I would absolutely recommend this for your next stay in the Buffalo area. Conveniently located.

Village Flat has it all

Two girlfriends coming home for a reunion and we picked the Village Flat! So happy we did. The owners thought of everything in amenities. The linens were luxurious and the entire space was decorated to feel like home! I know I’ll re-book in the future👏👏👏

Perfect location

Hosts (Nia and Jeremy) were the most accommodating and generous hosts! We were greeted and made to feel very welcomed by everyone in the Bates family. The Village Flat location in Williamsville, NY is perfect for downtown strolls; and we found amazing walking routes each day through various parks. The Village Flat was super clean and the size was perfect for us as a couple (and for the few nights that our grown daughter flew in from Texas). We look forward to our next visit with our family in WNY and to stay at The Village Flat. Thank you Bates Family!

Wonderful Williamsville

This 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and well maintained. We attended with our adult daughter to go to a wedding in Buffalo. Nia and Jeremy were very attentive and regularly in communication to ensure that all was going well. They had great suggestions for local spots to eat, shop, and amuse ourselves. We plan on coming back to Williamsville (our son lives there) and will book with Nia and Jeremy if their place is availlable.

Fabulous flat!

My family truly enjoyed our stay at the Village Flat. Arrival and check in was incredibly easy and the apartment, one flight up, was warm and inviting. The living room was furnished with the most comfortable couch! It made a great venue for family movie night. The bedrooms were cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with plenty of linens and the kitchen was clean and efficient. Our hosts, Nia and Jeremy, provided a basket of complimentary snacks, beverages and a bottle of wine, which was great after a long drive. The entire space was thoughtfully decorated and made us feel right at home! The flat is walking distance to restaurants , shops, green spaces-pretty much anything you may be looking for. Nia and Jeremy were great hosts! I highly recommend their Village Flat if you are staying in the Buffalo area, I know I will be back!

We stayed for a week here while helping a family member move. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was great to have a parking space, but it was a little difficult at times to get out of the parking spot If the front house’s parking spot was occupied. Nothing to significantly detract from the stay, but I was happy to have a rearview camera to back up! Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Absolutely the best spot in WNY!

I would highly recommend The Village Flat, Nia and Jeremy are wonderful hosts! Not only is the space lovely with generous size bedrooms and beds, but Nia has thought of all details to make you as welcome and comfortable as possible. From a well supplied kitchen to snacks and a bottle of wine, to recommendations on places to go to sightsee, shop and eat, checking in to make sure you have all that you need - the Village Flat will be my home away from home whenever in the Buffalo area.

Wonderful in Williamsville

The Village Flat is clean, spacious and comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen and is an easy walk away from nice restaurants and parks. The owners couldn't have been more gracious and helpful, while fully respecting our privacy.
