Our family had a wonderful stay in Oxnard, CA over the Thanksgiving holiday. Karen and Alec were such accommodating, thoughtful, and very responsive hosts. We felt welcomed and "at home" right away. Their house was spacious and the perfect setup for all six of us plus our pets. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach stay

I stayed here over the Christmas and New Year while visiting family!Perfect spot and space to have dinners with a large kitchen and dining area. The home was equipped with everything one could possibly need. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable bedding.This is by far a perfect quiet neighborhood with easy beach access.Thank you for making our Christmas so special.

Family Beach Trip

Our family loved your house and enjoyed the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed and had lots of room. We will have been here twice now and will be back again. We love the new backyard and fire pit.

Turnkey Beach Rental

Everything you need. The home is extremely well appointed and comfortable. Karen and Alec are very attentive hosts. This is likely the best overall rental in the area.

gorgeous house in a lovely quiet beach community

I came for work, but my stay felt like a vacation. The house was absolutely gorgeous - spacious and modern - and was a very relaxing retreat after working long hours. I also want to give an extra thanks for being dog friendly! I needed to bring my dog as my partner was also away on work travel, and Karen was very kindly accommodating. I would love to come back and stay again, and this will be my first choice for further stays in the area.

Excellent property

Beautiful, immaculate, well appointed spacious home with large outdoor patios just a few minutes walking to the beach. Our family appreciated the large well stocked kitchen and the pool table was so fun to have. We definitely will be back! Thank you for providing bicycles, extra tables and chairs. Your vacation home is just fantastic!

Amazing Beach House

We had an incredible time in this beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. It was so spacious and comfortable. To say the home is fully stocked is an understatement. Karen was so helpful and quick to respond to questions I had prior to booking. We will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful beach vacation with family

We had a fabulous time at this beach house over Memorial Day. The house was exactly as described. Very convenient beach access, clean, fully stocked kitchen, pet-friendly, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend this house to future renters. It did not disappoint. The hosts were courteous, friendly and responsive. They even had a box of See's candy waiting for us.

Very Well Appointed!

The property was very well appointed and exceeded our expectations! We had a small issue with the inside temperature (it was unexpectedly warm in the area and the property doesn't have air conditioning) and the owner quickly ordered us a high quality fan that arrived the next day which made all the difference. The owner was responsive to all of my communication and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Without question we will book again!

Wonderful Stay

This was a fantastic place to stay for a trip to the beaches of Oxnard. With tons of beach supplies like chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, bikes ... at your disposal. The hosts generosity with what they had available was unsurpassed by other places that we have stayed. The kitchen is BEYOND fully stocked with everything you need. Tons of pots and pans as well as needed cooking supplies. The showers were amazing and one can’t understate the importance of having good water pressure and unlimited hot water supply from a heat on demand system. Tons of linens and towels. Your stay is all but assured to be pampered and luxurious. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. We hope to return again sometime soon!

Amazing for families.

Our family of 8 rented this home from the 4th of July week. We had four adults and 4 kids. The home was PERFECT for our family. The teenagers enjoyed the down stairs area playing pool and video games on the large tv. The adults enjoyed the upstairs area where we enjoyed talking, cooking, and watching television. Both patios were throughly enjoyed. The fire pit in the downstairs area was perfect during the chilly evenings where everyone liked sitting around the fire pit. Close access to the beach was a bonus. The house has bikes, beach chairs, and boogie boards for our use. The teens used all of it. The pantry is stocked with all the spices you can think of. There we also beach towels, plenty of bath towels, and extra blankets for our use. Karen and Alec were the perfect hosts. They were quick to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend renting this beautiful home for your next vacation. We plan on coming back!

Great family get away weekend.

I rented this lovely home as a surprise for my husband's birthday, We were a family of 6 adults, a 3 1/2 year old ,a one year old, and our small dog. There is plenty of room with a great master bed and bath, there are 2 bedrooms connected by a jack and jill bath and this was a perfect set up for our son, wife and 2 kids. There is a bedroom and bath downstairs. The house is as described and has everything you would need. Since we live in the general area I brought condiments other small supplies, but the host has everything. There is a Von's market a short drive away. The outside furniture is comfy and nice to spread out and take a sun nap while listening to the ocean waves. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes. All the houses in the area are well maintained. We felt very safe and everyone we encountered was friendly. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards etc. There are 3 nice bikes for adults. The owner host was so responsive to every email I sent. The only negative was a creaky mattress which will be replaced and there is an app to open the garage to get into the property the first time. My wifi did not connect but someone else's in our party did so once inside, all was great. I would not hesitate to rent again if I can ever get my family all in one place again.

Wonderful accommodations, clean, modern, close to beach

This house has everything any family needs. My wife and I, along with my 3 kids stayed for over a month. There was plenty of room as the home has 4 very comfortable bedrooms with 3 and 1/2 bathrooms. There are 2 entertainment areas which we enjoyed as a family. One next to the kitchen/dining room with a large couch and large TV and one the first floor which has 3 full size couches and a huge TV. The first floor also had a nice pool table and bar area which had a refrigerator for wine or beer. The house was very extremely clean and had many cleaning products to keep the environment safe. We did wash daily and there was plenty of clean towels and sheets where we never had an issue. Everything was updated and new. Nothing is outdated. The kitchen is large and has all the appliances and kitchen utensils if you like to cook. There are 2 gas ovens and a gas stove tops to cook multiple items at once. We cooked plenty of meals where we felt right at home. We also used the grill in the back which was clean and easy to start. We had grilled tri-tip, chicken and burgers during our stay where again we felt right at home. Often times no one discusses the little things such as water pressure or hot water so I thought I would include a comment on them. For those who need a morning shower to start your day, you will love this house. This house has a tankless water heater for enough hot water multiple showers at the same time. In addition the showers have nice modern shower heads with a good amount of water pressure for a clean comfortable shower. We had to work during our stay and this house had plenty of space to separate us without any issues. We took time off so we were able to enjoy our stay in California. We loved how close we were to the beach. We walked our dog multiple times per day as he loved the beach. We were able to watch the sunset nightly and even woke up early to watch sunrises. The sunrises from the rooftop were amazing and I recommend getting up early, bundle up as the mornings can be cold, but are worth it. It's nice to see the sun rise over the mountains and through palm trees in the area. Very picturesque. I would recommend staying at this house to any families who are looking for spacious and accommodating 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms and close to the beach home. It's also pet friendly which is hard to find. Karen and Alec are very responsive and wonderful hosts.

Oxnard Beach House

The house was clean and spacious and they allowed us to bring our dogs, which was a big plus for us. The kitchen was fully-stocked and the owners were generous with their supplies of spices, baggies, etc. Quiet location close to the beach - highly recommend it!

AMAZING PLACE to STAY!

This place was by far the nicest most well-stocked that I have stayed. Location was incredible. Everything we needed was right there for us including bicycles chairs even a very well stocked pantry. Would definitely recommend this as a five star stay. Communication with owner was fantastic exclamation

Family Beach Vacation

Our family loves renting beach houses and staying together and creating memories. This house was beautiful and full of so much space for all to enjoy! We loved the backyard, pool table, big expansive kitchen, both living rooms, and the balconies. We definitely want to come back!

This is a quality home with custom home upgrades throughout. The home comes well stocked and had almost everything you need. It was more than my family and I expected. The rooftop actually has partial ocean views. The property was perfect for our 4th of July holiday. The best home we have ever stayed in on the beach 👌

UCSB Graduation Weekend

The house was amazing with so many great rooms, kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. It was extremely clean and had everything you could imagine in the kitchen, pantry, grill, bathroom/showers, and for the beach (garage). Check in was very easy and Karen was extremely quick to respond to messages. We were very happy to have picked this house and host for our daughters UCSB graduation celebration!

Great Rental !

We have had many vacation rentals in the area, and this is the best overall set up by far. The hosts are extremely accommodating with the manner in which the home is stocked , and supplied with linens, products, beach accessories, and kitchen essentials. All you have to do is grocery shop, everything else is on site !

Perfect quiet setting

Perfect place for R&R. Close to shopping, restaurants and lovely beach. Especially enjoyed the bikes that were provided and riding along the boardwalk. Would love to visit again.

Our family built this home in 2010. It was built with love and for large family gatherings. There is plenty of room and areas to enjoy your time together. We want our guests to be as comfortable here as they would be in their own home. We love the beach and appreciate the ability to bring our pets to enjoy the time together.

The downstairs family room is perfect entertainment area. Pool table, bar and large seating area for tv viewing. The room exits to a large fenced backyard area with two separate seating and dining. There is a built in bbq. There is a bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is upstairs and dining and counter seating. access to a balcony with seating and a rooftop deck where you can enjoy the ocean view.
