The place and location are great. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves but just a few minutes walk and can be on Boardwalk. Also had a great view of the fireworks on Thursday. All the space we needed and parking for up to three cars!

Beautiful Condo

We had a great stay in Carolina Beach. The place was spacious and had beautiful views. The area was quiet both during the day and at night. My only complaint was that there was not enough TP or trash bags provided. Other that that, the stay was perfect!

great location and very clean

Great location, easy to find, very clean. I would say that it needs better thoughts when renting during cooler weather. Could really have used more blankets, since there were only quilts and sheets on beds and no extra blankets anywhere. And laundry provided towels were worn looking.

We had an incredible time at your beach house! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and the beach access was second to none. To be able to walk right out to beach on private walkway at a moment’s notice was amazing. The walks on beach at sunrise and sunset were so peaceful and very much enjoyed. The close proximity/walking distance to a few of our favorite island spots was so great. This was our favorite place we have stayed in Carolina Beach and we can’t wait to come back!

Awesome Beach House

We had a wonderful long weekend here. House was very clean and kitchen ws very well stocked with everything we needed. Walking right off the deck onto the beach was just perfect! My only suggestion to the owners for this house is having more than one towel and one washcloth per person. At least two per person would keep the renters from doing laundry every day while on vacation. Definitely rent this place if your looking for a great beach house!!!

President Day weekend

This was an amazing rental. Cleanliness and location. The whole place was awesome with a big deck and walk out to the beach. Only downside was the neighbors upstairs had dogs and you could hear them running around all day and most of the night. Sometimes you could hear than ran into something and mad a loud bang. Other than that it was very nice.

Almost perfect..!

The sheets and towels did not smell fresh,,, We re-washed them, which I didn't feel should have been on us. The pad lock on the storage unit should be changed out. Patio door screens don't slide well. It would be beneficial to have a small bar of soap and a small shampoo to start the 1st night off well.

Decor was updated and tasteful...minimal enough that there was plenty of room for your belongings.It was spotless upon arrival. Not even that gritty feel that we had come to expect from any beach place. Kudos to the hosts for their cleaning service.The proximity to the beach can't be beat. We could hear the waves from the back deck and having the hose-off station on the walkway to and from the beach was great. The beach was never crowded and we never had to rush down to get a spot.Loved that there were enough supplies to get you through the first few days -- paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, etc. We did do a grocery delivery on the way (from Publix), but it was just nice not to feel like we had to rush out and get stuff OR haul a ton of stuff down.It was very quiet. We could occasionally hear traffic or people's voices upstairs/next door, but it was VERY minimal. We never heard people upstairs going in or out or walking around. The other feedback:The houses on either side are kind of an eye-sore and if those residents are also outside, you don't have much privacy. The house could benefit from some privacy shutters or curtains on either side of the back deck.The provided bedding was heavily fragranced, so if that bothers you, plan on doing laundry ASAP or bringing our own from home. It was also very light and we couldn't find any extra blankets in the house except for one (which might've been because of covid precautions, not sure) so if you like to sleep with a heavier blanket, bring your own.Master queen mattress felt like a slab of concrete. It was very uncomfortable.The rooms facing the front of the condo could really benefit from some room darkening shades. We brought window coverings because we have little ones and it was still pretty bright.Overall, the proximity to the beach and to the Car

There is plenty of room. Beach access is great& the view from the condo a soothing one. We like being near the boardwalk but not too close. We will be back!!
