Great location for a beach holiday

Great location for a beach holiday with a beautiful view over the sea and a nice garden to relax in. Very well equipped and newly renovated house. Short walk from the beach with beach restaurants and good swimming and snorkelling. The small supermarket nearby was closing at the end of September.

Una settimana fantastica!

Con la mia famiglia siamo stati in questa bella proprietà per una settimana di mare e relax a inizio Luglio, eravamo in 7 (di cui 5 bambini di diverse età), la casa era semplicemente perfetta, a 2 minuti di passeggiata da una spiaggia stupenda, comoda e ampia per spazi interni ed esterni, e con tutte le dotazioni davvero complete.In generale devo dire che tutto è stato ben oltre le aspettative e quanto di norma ci si aspetta di trovare in una casa vacanza... L'unica pecca (ad ogni modo sopportabile) è stata la mancanza di aria condizionata in tutte le camere e di zanzariere alle finestre... ma per il resto è stato davvero tutto perfetto!La proprietà è facilmente raggiungibile, dispone di un comodissimo parcheggio interno (avevamo un mini-van) e le istruzioni per check-in e out sono state chiare e precise. Il proprietario è stato presente e super disponibile per qualsiasi piccola richiesta o necessità ed a Lui e alla sua famiglia va il noostro più grande ringraziamento per averci permesso di vivere una splendida settimana nella loro casa.Pramosquier è una tranquilla localitàdi mare in cui non ci sono molti negozi o servizi ma si trova davvero tutto il necessario, un market a 350 metri, una pizzeria e tre spiaggie attrezzate con ristorante, se si cerca vita notturna o altro tipo di comodità bisogna recarsi alla vicina Cavalier o a Lavandou... comunque a non piu di 15 minuti di auto da casa. Nell'arco di 10 minuti di minuti di auto ci sono molte spiaggie meravigliose. Top!

Séjour très agréable au Lavandou avec une maison au plus proche de la mer c’est un vrai bonheur! La maison est très bien placée et très agréable à vivre le seul petit bémol c’est le manque de Clim dans toutes les chambres.

Une semaine magnifique. Service au top. Accueil familial et très aimable. Situation de rêve à 2 pas d'une plage comme on ne pense en trouver qu'aux Caraïbes. Nous avons logé dans la grande partie de la maisons principale. Et avons eu la chance d'avoir des voisins sympathiques qui l'osaient dans la partie adjacente. On se réjouit tous d'y retourner.
