Wake up to beautiful Gulf front views in this professionally decorated 7th floor oasis and enjoy everything Navarre has to offer from the perfect location at The Pearl of Navarre Beach.

From the moment you arrive in unit 701 at The Pearl of Navarre you will experience amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from the floor to ceiling windows spread across the back living area. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit offers Gulf views from almost every room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook up a large family meal or a quick breakfast before heading to the beach for the day.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in your party with a large flat screen TV for movie nights or watching your favorite sporting event. Enjoy immediate access to the roomy wrap-around balcony that offers unobstructed views to the south and a great view of the pier to the east.

The master bedroom boasts the same floor to ceiling windows as the living room and Gulf views that can be seen from the king size bed. The master bathroom has a large stand-alone shower and deep jetted tub with two separate vanity areas for plenty of room to get ready for an evening out or an evening in of pampering.

The first guest room offers a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with its own private balcony looking north for a calming view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The second guest room also offers two full beds with close access to the hall bathroom. Both rooms are very comfortable and have flat screen TV's so everyone in your party has their own private getaway.

The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!

Beautiful view, very clean, just right to visit with family who live in the Navarre area. The beach is amazing! There are various access codes, very safe, but be prepared to keep them with you, unless your memory is better than ours.

Great Condo! Amazing beach!

This is our second trip to Navarre Beach but first time in the Pearl. This condo was great! SUPER clean. Extremely large. Lots of kitchenware and supplies. The master bed is very comfortable. The teenagers had no complaints with their rooms/bathrooms. I loved the breakfast “nook” by the laundry room as I work from home and was able to set up my “office” equipment and leave it out all week, as opposed to other condos we’ve stayed in where I had to pack and unpack it all everyday so it wasn’t in everyone’s way. The pool is awesome and the beachfront can’t be beat. It’s so nice to have keyless entry codes and not to have to worry about parking passes. We plan to return next year!

Great location for walking to restaurants

The property itself was great. The beds felt really clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything plus more. A huge plus. Kitchen appliances and kitchen pots and pans very clean. The only complaint which was not really a complaint is just normal house cleaning on floors, baseboards, corners, under furniture, under beds really dirty. I still give a 4 star. I would definitely rent again

Only complaints and they are minor was that the single bedroom up front had too soft of a mattress for my liking and the shower in that bathroom could use some drano and a new shower head but other than that our week in the condo was great!

The only problem we had was a couple there that had about 8 kids and they were running around everywhere from floor to floor. I had a problem one time with the kids was holding up the elevators on purpose. They also occupied the whole heated pool, but I know that wasn't paradise beach homes fault, it happens sometimes. I loved the condo and I would love to come again soon.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Do wish the condo had a blow dryer and beach towels for us to use but we made do. The outside furniture needs to be replaced. Chairs and table bent and paint flaking off the chairs leaves white spots on your clothes. But, was a very well laid out condo with beautiful views and sunshine throughout.

Unit is showing its age. Back bedroom/balcony surrounded by 2 other buildings/balconies so no privacy although balcony has great sunset view. Back bedroom is cramped with oversized furniture and a footboard that nails you in the thigh if you aren't careful. Sunrise view from main balcony blocked by neighbor building. Location on beach a bit crowded with people and beach chairs for rent. Chair rental is convenient but right on top of each other. Outdoor shower from beach doesn't work; only foot wash. Limited dining options on the island and bumper to bumper traffic made it inconvenient to drive too far. Kitchen was well stocked. Shower water pressure was decent but limited hot water. WIFI is almost non-existent and cell service limited. Overall not bad.

Relaxing vacation!
