Chalet Behansa is an OVO Network property. A five-bedroom, four bathroom newly-built property just outside the popular village of Les Gets, in the Portes du Soleil.

Designed and built with holiday guests in mind, we think it has all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay.

With plenty of space and a host of lovely extras such as the games room, cinema room, sauna and hot tub, we think it's a great choice for a group of family or friends looking to make the most of the mountains during the day before relaxing together or separately in the evenings.

The beautifully co-ordinated furnishings and decor have been chosen to reflect a cool mountain vibe, and the colour palette certainly encourages rest and relaxation. Soft squishy sofas around the fire and lovely big windows framing the fantastic views of Mont Chery encourage you to linger a while ...

Stunning chalet with views

Beautiful and well maintained chalet equipped with anything you can think of. Fantastic mountain views and sun all day. Although a shuttle bus stops nearby and runs a 30 min service to Les Gets, a car (3 parking spaces and a garage!) saves lots of time for runs to the village and ski slopes (parking available at Les Chavannes).

Home away from home

We spent 2 weeks in Behansa this summer and enjoyed our stay very much. The region is beautiful for lovely walks, cycling, etc. We have already booked the same chalet for next year. The people in charge are very welcoming and made us feel at home at once.

This chalet has it all (except.....)

We had a wonderful week with 3 generations.The skibus may be useful for the Morzine-Les Gets area, but to go to Avoriaz it is preferable to take the car. The chalet is spacious, the hot tub great to relax with a drink. Bring your own dishcloth.

Everything we had hoped for…Two families with 3 children (2, 6 & 12 years). Great size social space with COMFY SOFAS and open plan. Kids loved the hot tub, cinema room and table football. Mezzanine makes for a great addition, as they could have tried to just squeeze in more bedrooms! It was summer when we went but I still enjoyed the sauna. Bathrooms were pretty spectacular. Kitchen fully kitted with everything you need, same for BBQ & utility room. Baby & Child friendly with high chair, cot, stair guards… literally has everything! Some people might be put off by the steep hill in summer, it takes 7 minutes to walk up at a leisurely pace from town. For back up - Bus app for Les Gets is impressive if you really don’t want to walk it! Just need to time with a cheeky beer or two in town as they are not that frequent.Overall, we had a great holiday. The location and chalet suited us to a tee and we have already discussed our return trip! Book it, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect chalet

The chalet is very well equipped, very nice bedrooms and bath rooms. Sauna and whirlpool are great. The kitchen has all the features and equipment a ambitious cook needs. The whole atmosphere is relaxed, mild luxury, and fits really nice in the outside surroundings. The host was really pleasant and had good tips. We loved everything. Unfortunately we had to leave a few days earlier, but the days we were there we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent séjour ! Le chalet Behansa est très agréable, confortable et extrêmement bien équipé et conçu avec goût ! Au calme au printemps, nous avons pu profiter de la nature et du jacuzzi (très appréciable en fin de journée). Emplacement idéal et équipements parfaits pour un séjour en famille

La localisation est parfaite. Un peu en dehors du village pour éviter l’agitation, mais juste à côté de la navette qui relie le centre au télésiège Les Folliets. Il faut 8 minutes à pied pour descendre et 5 minutes pour rejoindre la piste Les Bruyères. Les équipements sont excellents, et tout est prévu pour les enfants. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Dear Mr Verhees, The OVO Network team contacted the owner and managers of Chalet Behansa. We were very surprised by your very short and negative comment, since we usually get only praises for this great property. Brian and Karen, the managers who welcome you at the chalet, were quite shocked and upset to say the least. They are extremely professional and above all incredibly passionate and proud of their work and the care they take in all the chalets they manage. Brian explained that he got in touch with you before your arrival, as usual, and everything was cordial. You had all his and Karen’s contact details in hands, should you need them. There was no contact during the week with Brian or Karen, and also no mention of any issues; let alone anything regarding bathrooms or the hot tub. This has come completely out of the blue. The chalet was cleaned and prepared by Karen and other members of their team who they have spoken with and they confirmed there was no smells throughout the entire chalet and the hot tub was emptied and cleaned as it is before every guest stays. On checkout, Karen and the other cleaners arrived at 10am and the main person of your group (was it you?) told them they weren’t ready to leave and were in fact just about to sit down and have breakfast. Karen told the guest that 10am was the check out time as per the rental contract, and that you were all aware of this. However, Karen agreed to then come back at 11am. When she did your group was still not ready and had not left. Eventually you did leave and left behind all their rubbish. The only thing we can think is that you were all in a bad mood due to the poor weather that week and didn’t like having to check out at 10am. Your review is extremely unusual and quite frankly libellous. The owner and his managers have no issue resolving anything when things go wrong and have always gone above and beyond when they do. We strongly encourage potential guests to contact us directly to discuss anything with the OVO Network team if they have any questions.

We had such a great week in Les Gets staying at the beautiful Chalet Behansa, it is a very comfortable, cozy place to be. So well equipped for us all. Great location, bus stop outside to take you to the lifts. Loved the sauna and hot tub after a day's skiing. Lots to do for the children. We cannot recommend it enough.

Beautiful chalet in a great location

Chalet Behansa has wonderful sunny balcony and terrace in the garden with lovely views. We walked down to the village for bread and to the lift for skiing, it didn't take more than 10 minutes. We stored our skis in lockers at the lifts, which was very handy. The bus stoped just outside the chalet though, so we could also use that. We enjoyed the use the jacuzzi in the garden every day. Thank you Brian for all your help during our stay, we really made the most of every minute!
