This mid-terrace cottage is located in the village of Symonds Yat and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
5 Wye Rapids Cottage is a mid-terrace cottage in the village of Symonds Yat in the Wye Valley. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom and one twin together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for one car with some visitor parking on a first, come first served basis, a courtyard with furniture and BBQ and shared landscaped gardens with seating areas. Situated in the heart of the Wye Valley, 5 Wye Rapids Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, WiFi, telephone, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Visitor parking on first come, first served basis. Courtyard garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Shared landscaped gardens with seating areas. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 10 mins walk. Note: The Saracens Head pub on the other side of the river, offers a river ferry, which operates until closing time. The property only accepts week long bookings between May and September. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times when outside property. Note: Some mobile providers do not have a strong signal. Note: Week commencing 12th September 2025 - this property can only accept One booking

Symonds Yat West is situated overlooking the beautiful Wye Valley, and is close to the magnificent Royal Forest of Dean, England's largest oak forest. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering numerous trails that can be explored on foot, bicycle or horseback. Caving, abseiling and a high wire rope course are on offer for the more adventurous, whilst fishing, golf, kayaking and canoeing are other popular activities in this unspoilt area.
