This detached cottage is on the outskirts of the town of Scarborough and can sleep twenty-four plus 3 infants in nine bedrooms.
Seacrest Lodge is a detached cottage on the outskirts of Scarborough just seventeen miles from Pickering. The cottage sleeps twenty-four people and has nine spacious bedrooms, three with an en-suite, as well as two bathrooms. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, a separate dining room, a sitting room, a conservatory and a sun room. Outside is ample off road parking for 12 cars and gardens with furniture and a hot tub. Situated in the vibrant seaside town of Scarborough, Seacrest Lodge is a lovely family holiday home to be enjoyed at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Kitchen with 2 full-sized cookers, 1 is a double oven with ceramic hob and a grill and the other a single oven with ceramic hob and grill, 3 x 4 slice toasters, 3 x kettles, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, dog bowls, fully equipped with masses of utensils, a minimum of 10 pans, including the extra large catering pans. Fast WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 3 permanent Cots and travel cot please bring your own bedding for all cots if needed, 3 highchairs and stairgates at both the top and bottom of the stairs, no need to request any cots, highchairs or stair gates before your stay as these are at the property permantly. Gardens with 7 seater hot tub with wooden pergola type surround and opening louvres, hot tub cover lifter, stereo system. 6 seater outside table. Large gardens to 3 sides with outside seating for 24 people. Well behaved dogs welcome the gardens are perfectly secure for dogs, the rear garden has 6ft walls, fences and gate. Front garden very private with 9ft hedging all around and outside security lighting. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Beach 1.5 miles.
