Gemütliches und modernes Ferienhäuschen in ruhiger Lage und schönen Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen! Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer umzäunten Freizeitanlage "Des Olivades" mit mehreren Ferienhäusern und Apartments, wobei das Haus am Ende einer Reihenhauskette liegt und es dort schön ruhig war und man von viel Natur und Gärten umgeben ist. Es wurde sehr schön modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Außerdem war es sehr gut ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es ist nicht besonders groß, aber für unsere Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern war es optimal und ausreichend, es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche/ WC und unten noch ein extra WC. Eines der Betten war lediglich ein Ausklappbett mit Matratze, aber bequem, ebenso unten die Couch. Das Haus ist mit 2 Klimaanlagen gut klimatisiert. Der eigene Garten mit Terrasse und Markise ist vergleichsweise groß und lädt zum Entspannen ein, auch haben benachbarte Grundstücke kaum Einblick und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Der inkludierte Gemeinschaftspool hat uns und vor allem unseren Kindern viel Spaß bereitet. Bis zum Kieselstrand ist es schon ein gutes Stück zu gehen, aber es gibt auch genügend Parkmöglichkeiten in Strandnähe und generell ist es dort nicht so überfüllt wie an manchen Sandstränden. Alles in allem super und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen :-)

Schön gelegenes Häuschen mit Poolzugang

Sehr herzliche Begrüßung, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter. Häuschen mit Terrasse. Sichtschutz durch Pflanzen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr angenehm, dass in jedem Zimmer ein Ventilator stand, wurden rege genutzt. Kleine Ferienanlage mit Gemeinschaftspool. Bushaltestellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt. Man kommt innerhalb von 30 Minuten sehr günstig und ohne Umsteigen nach Nizza oder Cannes (unter 2 Euro pro Person), da wäre der Sprit teurer gewesen.

Notre avis

Location agréable. Bon accueil avec les propriétaires. L'inconvénient, c'est de ne pas pouvoir se garer près de la résidence (très peu de place). On est obligé de mettre la voiture dans le box dont les dimensions laissent très peu de place pour sortir de la voiture.
