Vacation home 5 minutes from the beach

In a recently built holiday home located in Loctudy, in the Bigouden region of southern Finistère, we offer a single-story house in a peaceful, bucolic setting. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac, close to Lodonnec beach (approximately 1.2 km) and the Plage des Sables Blancs beach (approximately 2.5 km). A cycle path provides easy and safe access to the beaches. Two bicycles are available free of charge.
The detached house, set on enclosed grounds, is fully furnished with modern comforts for four people.
The living room furniture is new (2026). A young child can be accommodated free of charge (travel cot, high chair, baby bath).
The house has a 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" rating (as awarded by Gîtes de France).

Propriétaires très sympathiques et maison très agréable

Schönes Haus und Garten

Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichet. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, u.a. gibt es drei Strände. Einer der Stände ist bewacht.

Une belle maison de vacances à Loctudy

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison tout confort, lumineuse, avec un grand jardin où il est possible de prendre un verre à l’extérieur où les repas. Idéalement situé ( centre ville, pistes cyclables, plage…) mais au calme. Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons c’est certain. L’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux.

Nous avons eu la chance de recevoir Emmanuelle et Bruno pour deux semaines de vacances à Loctudy. C'est un couple très charmant, très respectueux de leur environnement, et très chaleureux. Herrliche Bretagne

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die netten Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der einzige kleine Makel waren die Bauarbeiten der beiden Nachbarn. Aber diese sollten bald abgeschlossen sein. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Nous avons accueilli Christine et son époux dans notre maison de vacances à Loctudy pour deux semaines. Personnes très gentilles, ordonnées, respectueuses de leur environnement avec deux très beaux chiens. La maison était très propre à leur départ. Nous espérons qu'ils ont profité de la région et du pays bigouden. Je recommande fortement ces vacanciers qui ont été parfaits. Nous avons appréciés leur séjour.

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Lieber Patrick, liebe Annie, wir haben die 3 Wochen in eurem neuen, wunderschönen Haus genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt. Auch die Kommunikation mit euch war jederzeit super. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr schönes und liebevoll ausgestattetes Haus

Die erste Kontaktaufnahme verlief sehr problemlos und von da an wurde es immer noch besser. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne Probleme. Wir haben das ruhige und vollständig ausgestattete Haus sehr genossen und sind sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch verabschiedet worden. Selbst Fahrräder waren vorhanden. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir würden das fast neue Haus sofort wieder mieten! Vielen Dank an Patrick und Anni für die Gastfreundschaft!

Maison très agréable, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil sympathique de Patrick et Annie. La maison est très bien équipée, dans un environnement calme. Nous y avons passé 15 jours de belle détente. Un lieu que nous recommandons !!!
