Our second floor residence has everything you will need to make your stay in Chattanooga perfect! It is located in the revitalized Southside.
You will be within walking distance to the best local restaurants, entertainment venues, and art galleries. The free electric shuttle will take you to many more points of interest Downtown.
If you prefer the outdoors, you are only a short drive to hiking and mountain biking trials, climbing opportunities, and white water rafting.

Off street parking behind the house is provided as well as a parking tag for parking in the street in front of the house.

Friendly walkable neighborhood

Vibrant place close to more gems than we had time to explore. Everywhere we went, people were so friendly and gave us great recommendations. Place was clean, fun decor and bigger than we needed. There is a nearby train that may disturb light sleepers.

Lovely, Gracious Home!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Southside Upstairs Townhome! The location right near the heart of charming south Chattanooga couldn't have been better. So many neat restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We felt safe at all times and appreciated the close (by car) proximity to UTC, where we were in town to see our daughter in a show. The home was super-clean and so attractive and comfortable -- even better than you see in the pictures, because they don't quite capture the nice sense of space that you feel in this home. Every bed was comfy, and the kitchen is nicely appointed. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely place!! We would come back again in a heartbeat. :)

Great stay!

This place was perfect for our group of 6 friends. The living room was great for gathering and playing games. Each bedroom is spacious. Kitchen has everything. Clean, safe, near things. Accurate listing. Would recommend!

My husband and I love Southside! We came to Chattanooga to compete in the 2015 Ironman and since have come back every year to visit until we finally bought a place. We enjoy the outdoor life as well as live entertainment, food, and drink. We found all that here in the special city and hope you appreciate it as well.

Why they chose this property

Before we bought this house, the upstairs (this unit) was already a 5 star rated short term rental. We thought it would be a great opportunity to continue renting it and allowing people to see all that Chattanooga has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Chattanooga has something for everyone. There are a variety of festivals and events throughout the year. You are only a few blocks from live music venues such as Songbirds and The Signal. If you like craft beer or good food, you've come to the right place! There are so many options just walking down the street. And if you are in town from April to November, do not miss the Sunday Chattanooga market.
