Our Cozy Rancher | Close to Downtown + Attractions!

This is a newly remodeled farmhouse style home with very convenient highway access to downtown Chattanooga. Within minutes you can be at our popular attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Aquarium. This home is full of comfort and warmth nestled at the foot of Lookout mountain and Raccoon mountain. With tons of great food options and activities to do downtown.

This farmhouse style rancher has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There are smart TV's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms along with a 50 inch smart TV in the Living room. Out front, there is street parking available as well as two spots in the driveway.

This Ranch home has a full kitchen with basic cooking ware; pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, etc. There are 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. There is a dining room table and a large couch nestled in the living room to add extra comfort. There is a keurig with several different coffee options available for all of our coffee lovers.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this property! It was conveniently located no more than 10-20 minutes from all the attractions we wanted to visit, and had a good variety of restaurants/grocery options nearby. It is right near the highway, but sound machines were provided in each room, which was super helpful! We had members of our family from age 3 up to 65, and the accomodations were great for all. Highly recommend!

Great for quick getaway

My husband and I stayed over a long weekend with our 5 year old. We had more than enough room, so could comfortably fit a bigger family or 2 small families. The house is close to everything...just a couple minutes from I24 so could easily get downtown, and <10 minutes to Lookout Mountain. We could hear a little interstate noise, so beware if you're a super light sleeper, but it didn't bother us at all. Communication from the property management company was prompt and clear and check in/out was super easy. We had a great time.

Family friendly

House itself is great and has lots of supplies. Tastefully decorated. Needs a better window covering in living room (very exposed)and a few extra towels would be nice. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean (floors need to be mopped in entire home). Location is right off of interstate which brought some interesting foot traffic to the street one night. There is traffic noise. There are sound machines provided. Overall, nice place to stay with a family.
