This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinetry in the kitchen. There are two queen beds in the master with a tile walk in shower, a King bed in the Guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.



Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

However, if i could recommend some improvements, the kitchen could have been stocked better (pans, cooking utensils, colander, etc), we were only given 6 towels for a condo that sleeps 8, and the hot water supply diminished quickly. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Everything was as expected and described. Sandy floor but that's expected for a beach condo on ground floor. Everything else worked great. Great location. Direct access to pool. Would stay again.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed the location of the condo as well as the unit itself. Everything was clean and working. As others stated in reviews the two queen bedroom was a bit awkward, no dresser and is usually a master with King but we made it work. Pots were a bit old, but again we made it work. Pool and BBQ pits were right out front and was so convenient. Overall we would stay at this unit again.

Second time around

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Overall it’s a nice place. It is beginning to show its age however the AC does not cool the place affectively. And there are no fans in the unit. The only upsetting thing this trip was the work being done on the balconies of the building and we had scaffolding in front of our patio. We like to book the ground floor condo for easier access to the pool. We did get a small refund for this.

Great Location

Great Location a lot to do every place was easy to get to. I have never had to pay for a parking pass anywhere I have stayed. Get to the room and I think they forgot to clean the kitchen this was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed the floors were awful as soon as I walked in right in front of the door the floor was so sticky I did call and ask for the floors to be cleaned again they told me they would be there on Sunday but they was a no show I called back and was told the was having issues with cleaning company they finally did show up sometime Monday. The kids feet was still black. We like to cook and this place was awful everything in the kitchen was out dated pots and pans had to be 20 years old the couch and chair was nasty we put sheets over them there is so many things wrong with this unit the on line pictures must have been when it was all new they are very misleading. Our family still had a wonderful time and this place will always be something to laugh about our bad experience I would not recommend this place at all. My rating for this place is a one

We wanted a nice, low key vacation as we have three young kiddos and envisioned a simple trip where we just hung out at the condo and beach rather than running all over town for entertainment. This condo is situated in the PERFECT location on the ground floor, steps from the pools and hot tubs, and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean upon arrival (and I am very picky). We would definitely stay again!

Upon arrival the smoke detector was beeping due to a low battery, property management never came to replace. The shower that was tiled was full of mold/mildew. Cleanliness was moderately good, comforters were in need of a wash, towels smelled musky. There is also a pull out sofa bed but the sheets left did not fit and the pillows were in really bad condition. Like mentioned in the subject, it is updated but not kept up.

Good Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: The decor is beautiful, the location is perfect...right by the outdoor pool so you don't have to wait for the elevator every time you want to go to the beach or pool. I would say that the room with 2 beds is VERY tight for space and has nowhere to put anything on like a dresser or table. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness upon arrival. It just fest dirty and the ottoman was stained really bad and gross. Really not a big deal but something I think the owners should be aware of. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was fixed very quickly and everyone I spoke to was very nice. Overall we had a great week with the family!

Upon arrival I was truly disappointed to see that the pool and hot tubs were out and not going to be fixed during our stay. I feel that we should have been told upfront that these were inoperable. I feel someone should have notified us about this. Our room was being cleaned upon admittance time and we found some blood stain in the bathroom and the floors were not the cleanest. They felt like they had sand on them. Actually in the kitchen, there could have been better pans to cook in. The ones there were scratched. King size bed was amazing but the shower in the double bed room would have been a better choice for master. It was nice but would not choose it again due to some of this. Worst thing was not being notified about pool and hot tub before locking in. Thank you for allowing us to stay though. Have a wonderful day

Condo very dirty and need kitchen dishes

Floor of the condo was black and filthy. We wore our beach flip flops to keep our feet clean. Only 2, 4 forks in the kitchen. Old aluminum pans for cooking. 🤢 Not enough kitchen anything to cook. All 3 TV’s and service was not ready. Spent 2 hours hooking everything up. No batteries in the tv remotes. We had 100 family members staying at Phoenix. We will not rent this condo again. Laundry door falling off. My husband fixed it during our stay. Sliding door to the beach doesn’t lock. This condo is ground floor. 4 towels, 3 wash clothes, 2 hand towels for 2 bathrooms. We borrowed kitchen utensils and towels from relatives staying in condo next door to have enough.

Needs improvement

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying here and unfortunately we did not have as good of an experience the second time around. The unit was not very clean. Dirty blankets and sheets and the showers could have used a better clean. (Old items left in shower, hair in shower and on bathroom floors.) The cushions on the couches need to be cleaned, they were very dirty. I spent time cleaning the unit and washing sheets and even the covers on some of the couch cushions. The kitchen was lacking in basic supplies. (No spatula, strainer, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons.). The location is very convenient, easy access to pool, beach and parking lot. Nice yard in front of your unit.If management does a better job with cleaning and maintaining the unit it would be a very nice spot to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property could not have been better. We have actually already booked again for next year. However, there are a few things I would just like to relay for future reference.1. If there was a vacuum in the unit, we would have been loved to vacuum up the sand that is naturally tracked in from the beach or even as we left at the end of our stay. We attempted to sweep up as much as possible but it did not prove to be very productive. 2. The floors did not seem to have been washed prior to our stay.3. The dishes that were previously put away in the drawers when taken out had food crusted to them. Possibly a once over check by housekeeping may prevent.4. On the same note, the coffee pot had not been cleaned since the previous guest. Overall we loved the unit and as stated before, already have future plans to stay again. These are just a few housekeeping items that may help the stay for future guests. The property management team, especially Clark, was incredibly helpful and accomodating in our requests due to traveling with a special needs child. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful property and perfect location in the building for pool and beach access. My only suggestion would be to bring a noise maker for sleeping for the loudness at night.

Disgusting!

We arrived and had to spend our first hour cleaning. The floors, countertops, shower, cabinets etc were disgusting. I took pictures of everything and called the manager. When it came to go to sleep after a long day of traveling at 10:00, we were washing dirty sheets! To say I was infuriated is an understatement. No way was I putting my kids in dirty beds. I can promise you nothing was done between the guests before us and when we showed up except the beds were made and toilet paper was replaced. I will NEVER stay or recommend this place again! Giving it 1 star is being very generous!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was beautifully decorated, kitchen well stocked and easy access to the pool. I would suggest adding hooks to hang bath and beach towels.
