This large traditional house has about 4,000 sft and a 2-car garage. It is in an excellent location, 5.7 miles to Downtown, 7.4 miles to the airport, 15 miles to Graceland, and 5 minutes to Cooper-Young night life. U of M, CBU, Rhodes College, Pink Palace and the Zoo are minutes away. Guests will have access to the entire house. Small fees will be applied for small bridal luncheon, birthday dinner, etc. Please do not book our home if you are simply in need of a party space.

The space
Our house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath with hardwood floors throughout the house. All bedrooms and a large sitting room are upstairs which is just as large as the downstairs living area. The master bedroom has two queen beds with a nook. Each of the other three bedrooms has one queen bed. Two twin beds are in the large sitting room upstairs. All queen beds except one are brand new. All mattresses, bedding and bath towels are new.

Air mattresses and a charcoal grill are provided.

A Great Place to Stay and Enjoy Memphis!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was nicely decorated for Christmas, had plenty of parking for our large vehicles, and lots of space for us to relax in our downtime! Great Communication from the host! We would stay here again for sure!

St Jude Marathon Weekend

We stayed with multiple couples because we were running in the Saturday races. The house worked out great for the number of people we needed to stay together! I was also happy to find a place with at least 3 bathrooms! Everything went well ! We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay here again! It’s an older beautiful home. Only difficulty was with old plug ins but we found a power cord and made things work!

BSMF house

This house was perfect location to walk to fairgrounds. Didn’t feel unsafe at all and was only about mile walk. House was very spacious. Only thing that we wish we had was patio furniture to sit outside in the evenings. Other than that, we plan on utilizing this house more in the future.

Perfect Girl's Trip 2021

The host went above & beyond to make a great birthday weekend and girl's trip for the 7 of us. Memphis Stay

Renting the property was very easy and the property manager was very good to work with. On the listing there is a place where it says five bedrooms, one room is not a bedroom but an open area, which is described I think in the writing I think the listing should be changed to four bedrooms. The kitchen was in need of a few extra items. We ended up having to purchase some pans for cooking, baking sheets which there were none. And also there was not a mixer which would’ve been nice we had to borrow one. Also there were grills outside but I could not get either one to work. All in all the house was very unique and we enjoyed our stay there.

Nice, large home

My siblings and I rented this home for a stay in Memphis to attends my brother’s wedding. It is half a mile from the Pink Palace and about 1 mile from the Liberty Bowl stadium. The home has 4 large bedrooms. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens available for our large group and plenty of parking spaces. The host responded quickly and provided good information for groceries and restaurants.

Great Location

What stands out is the spaciousness of the property. Very clean and plenty of linens. The decor is somewhat outdated and some interior work needed. Backyard patio had no plants or chairs. The location and size are the big pluses. The owner responded quickly to all inquiries. For the price, not a great deal for me.

I am sorry. We used to have iron tables and chairs on the patio. But some renters would chat there deep in the night and neighbors complained. We had to remove them.

Absolutely Wonderful

To preface this, some of us used to live in the area several years ago, around 2014-ish, myself included. This establishment is in one of the best areas of Memphis you could ask for. You're within a 10min or less drive (or uber/lyft) to just about anywhere you need or want to see. The place itself really captures the aesthetic of the older homes in the area for a little piece of history. The host was also extremely easy to work with having check-in and check-out seamless. If anyone reads this, treat yourself to a stay here. You will not regret it!

This is a very nice property centrally located in Midtown Memphis. Siyan is an excellent host. It worked perfectly for what we needed to work for an entire week for a client. The property is spacious and well furnished for a comfortable stay. There are many places to eat only a short drive away.
