Another perfect stay
We have stayed at The Shippen several times now and every stay is perfect. It had a great location, perfect for visiting our favourite places in North Cornwall. The cottage is spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and incredibly comfortable. Many thanks for another great stay!

Lovely cottage for a week away
Great location to explore North Cornwall. Lovely garden off limits as it was damp! Property immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need. Also had those added extras like cleaning stuff and dishwasher tabs that you often end up buying when away in a rental. Host was available as needed and, as others had mentioned, left us a lovely tea for arrival which was much appreciated. Local pub was welcoming though the cafe and shop were both closed whilst we were there. We ended up using the local farm shops which was expensive but a nice treat!

Why they chose this property

We love this area of Cornwall, having holidayed for many years with our children and as children ourselves.

What makes this property unique

It's in a quiet location on the outskirts of a friendly Cornish village. It has a large enclosed garden and plenty of parking. The house is all on one level apart from a step at the front and back doors. There is a large childrens play area a short walk away.
