Newly built, this luxury villa offers a magnificent view of the Diamond Rock, a private swimming pool with a sunken beach and sunbathing in the water, and beach access at certain times of the year.



This superb villa consists of a ground floor with kitchen, laundry room, living room and master bedroom. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, and a magnificent terrace on the sea side for even more space and tranquillity. The car park secured by an electric gate will allow you to park your car safely.



A few steps from the sea, the Eden Roc villa offers an idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday close to all amenities.

Nous avons passĂ© des vacances inoubliables dans cette magnifique villa. Tout Ă©tait parfait Ă©quipements modernes et de qualitĂ©, clim dans toutes les piĂšces
 Et surtout un emplacement en bord de mer et une vue Ă  couper le souffle sur le diamant. Merci Ă  Pierre Henri pour ses dĂ©licates attentions. Bref, j’arrĂȘte lĂ , ce serait bien qu’il reste de la dispo pour notre prochain sĂ©jour. Philippe.

Villa exceptionnelle

La villa est trÚs propre, beaucoup plus belle en personne que sur les photos, la vue est à couper le souffle, la villa est vraiment bien équipée, il ne manque de rien. J'aimerais bien trouver un bémol mais c'est impossible, c'était au dela de nos espérance et croyez moi, j'ai beaucoup voyagéet je suis "picky"! Mettre des lumieres dans les marches sur le cÎté de la piscine...

Villa du plus bel effet !

Nos impressions sur la villa sont excellentes. Elle beneficie d' une situation exceptionnelle, La vueeeee l’accĂšs a la mer, les prestations sont de qualitĂ©s, il ne manque rien, jusqu'aux paniers osiers pour les courses ou la plages, le parking fermĂ©. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Rien ne manquait et nous reviendrons surement. Magnifique expĂ©rience en famille. je me le demande encore !

SĂ©jour formidable Ă  l'Eden Roc

La beauté du site : bel ensemble de villas, joli jardin bien entretenu, constructions de qualité, vue magnifique, accÚs direct à la plage, situation idéale pour découvrir l'ßle. La villa était trÚs bien équipée ( mobilier et équipements ménagers de qualité) L'accÚs en voiture est dangereux (mettre une glace sur le trottoir d'en face pour permettre de visualiser mieux le trafic). Compte tenu du prix élevé de la location, prévoir pour les séjours d'une semaine, le ménage de la villa a mi séjour, sécurité piscine pour des enfants ne sachant pas nager ( le systÚme ne se déclenche pas en cas de chute au niveau des escaliers du bassin), poubelle extérieure pour le verre.

Location conforme Ă  la description et aux photos. Superbe villa, neuve, propre, spacieuse, parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e, meublĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t dans un endroit extrĂȘmement calme oĂč seuls le bruit des vagues et le champs des oiseaux se font entendre. La vue sur la mer et le rocher du diamant est Ă©poustouflante. Le tout est complĂ©tĂ© par une piscine extrĂȘmement agrĂ©able. L’accueil est chaleureux et les gens charmants. Tout est parfaitement organisĂ© et fait pour que nous passions un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. En rĂ©sumĂ©. Villa de rĂȘve dans un endroit de rĂȘve. Nous avons adorĂ© et nous reviendrons.

Excellent sĂ©jour comme d’habitude . C’est vraiment un plaisir et un Ă©merveillement de louer une villa Éden Rock . Alice qui est l’assistante commerciale du site est vraiment adorable, professionnelle et trĂšs proactive. Nous avons eu Ă©galement un trĂšs bon contact avec les propriĂ©taires des villas . Une Ă©quipe vraiment Ă  l’écoute de ses locataires . Les villas sont trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©es avec tout le confort souhaitĂ©, dĂ©corĂ©es avec beaucoup de goĂ»t et spacieuses avec une vue incroyable sur le Diamant . - AccessibilitĂ© pour personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite . - Mettre un miroir en face de la sortie de la rĂ©sidence car relativement dangereux.

La villa Ă©tait parfaite pour notre semaine de vacances en famille. La vue est juste incroyable, l’emplacement trĂšs bon proche du centre du Diamant. La villa est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Le service est irrĂ©prochable et trĂšs rĂ©actif. Nous reviendrons avec joie! L’accĂšs tv mais cela n’a pas Ă©tĂ© trĂšs problĂ©matique pour nous
