This two-story house is located on an ocean access canal that is literally minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Guest can dock their boat (max. length of 32') in the backyard and be on the Ocean in just a few minutes. The front of the house faces the Atlantic Ocean with views of the ocean. The home is updated and has an open layout with volume ceilings. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with attached master bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle, which sleeps 5 people. The great room has a love seat, and a sleeper sofa, which sleeps 2 adults. Guests can enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony. There is covered parking for 2 cars.

Location, Location, Location!This rental is perfectly located for both land and sea adventures. Situated on a beautiful canal, it's just minutes from popular reefs, the backcountry for incredible sunset cruises, and the famous Islamorada Sandbar.On land, you're only a mile from Robbie's and about four miles from some of the area's best restaurants, bars, and shops. I never had a dull moment and loved being able to spend quality time with friends and family throughout my extended stay.If you're looking for the perfect home base to experience everything Islamorada has to offer, this is it!

Fantastic stay, great keys house, could not ask for more.

Our stay at Columbis drive was amazing, a month of relaxation in the keys, the home is well kept, very cute inside, has partial ocean view between the ocean front homes, and the canal is perfect for quick access to the ocean. George was a pleasure to deal with and easy to get in touch with. I could not recommend the home or George more highly.

Nice Host who is accmodating but many improvements needed.

There are no pots and pans, not enough dinnerware for more than 2 people much less "sleeps 9" as advertised. Old Storm Sutters rattle with wind, toilets need more water to flush properly, dog of neighbor (Great Dane) barks excessively and keeps uou awake.
