About this property

This fully furnished and beachy apartment is located about 2 blocks, or a 6 minute walk, from the Pacific Ocean! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and a private patio and yard to ensure you can bask in the in San Diego sun without even leaving the property.

Everything one would need to vacation in Ocean Beach will be provided, including bedding, coffee, towels, dishes and flatware, and everything else you would expect to find in a vacation rental near the beach.

Guests have the entire home to themselves. The parking garage is for one vehicle, the laundry, yard, and patio are exclusive to my renters.

With easy access to Downtown, San Diego International Airport, and one of the most famous surf breaks at Sunset Cliffs, this location is in high demand for vacation renters!

OB Vacation

Fantastic stay! We’ve previously stayed at this property and love the location to restaurants, downtown OB, and the beach. Justin was terrific in communicating with us. We’ll stay again in the future

Great location frat house

This house was in a great location for us. You can walk to sunset cliffs and down the hill to where all the shops are. Having the garage to park was super because the roads filled up every night. We really found the house to be very dirty. The trim was dusty, floors were sandy, the bathroom could use some love, and the Furness was very dusty. The table and chairs were not what we're pictured, we had a tall table which didn't work for us. That same table and chairs were broken and loose. The dishes were unorganized in the cabinets. You can also see daylight through the outside doors. Just felt like I stayed the night at my college aged brothers house. A bit over priced for the condition.

Great location so walkable

Perfect for a quick getaway. Brought our bikes too. Only disappointment was the propane was out when we went to use it the last evening. I’m sure that won’t happen again.

Good value

Lots of reviews saying “needs updating”, “shabby chic” and so on. Yes a bit of decorative updating wouldn’t do any harm. But had everything we needed, everything worked, when you walk around the neighbourhood there are lots of similar properties. Great location within walking distance of main locations in OB. Most importantly really good value in one of the most expensive real estate areas in the US. We had a great time, thanks!

Why they chose this property

Ocean Beach is my favorite beach in San Diego. It can be upbeat with tons of fun and nearby attractions, but not as crazy as Pacific Beach and not as calm as Coronado Beach.

You can walk to all that Ocean Beach has to offer, including the famous pier, great bars and restaurants on the main drag, and the amusement park that sits right on the beach.

This specific apartment has brand new furniture, furnishings, and decor to make your trop to Ocean Beach and San Diego a special one that I hope you never forget.

What makes this property unique

The ability to leave your car at home and walk right to Sunset Cliffs and Ocean Beach is truly what makes this property great. Looking forward to having you!!
