Escape to our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa in Shipyard Plantation, where comfort meets convenience just steps from Hilton Head’s beautiful beaches. Whether you’re coming for a family vacation, a couple’s retreat, or a relaxing coastal escape, our villa has everything you need for a memorable stay.

The Villa

Spacious Living: Bright, open living area with comfortable seating, flat-screen TV, and sliding doors to the private patio.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern appliances and everything you need to cook at home.

Bedrooms: Master with king bed and ensuite bath; second bedroom with two twin beds (can be pushed together for a king). Both rooms are designed for relaxation after a day of exploring.

Conveniences of Home: Washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and all linens provided.

Location, Location, Location

We love Shipyard Plantation for its quiet, family-friendly atmosphere while still being close to Hilton Head’s best activities. Our villa in The Greens is exceptionally close to the private beach access, located next to the Marriott Crowne Plaza. A short walk or bike ride gets you straight to the sand.

Extras That Make Us Unique

Beach Locker (#319) at the brand-new beach club — no need to lug gear back and forth. The locker includes chairs, umbrellas, and more, secured with your own lock code (1776).

4 Bikes Provided: Cruise the plantation trails or ride out to Coligny Plaza. If you need smaller bikes, rentals are easily arranged and delivered right to the villa.

Resort Amenities: Shipyard offers golf, tennis, scenic lagoons, and miles of bike/walking paths.

The location was great for our family and we truly appreciated the bikes, each chairs etc. The was a minor plumbing problem and the owner was very responsive and it was repaired quickly. Thanks for the fun vacation location.

After vacationing in Hilton Head Island for 5 years, we decided to buy a Villa. It is our piece of paradise. We always look forward to our visits with great expectation and are never disappointed.

What makes this property unique

Our Villa offers all the comforts of home while you enjoy a sub tropical island vacation. Biking with the four bikes provided with the rental is a great way to get to know the Plantation. The pool is 200 yards away, tennis is 400 yards away and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Grilling from a patio area, off the deck, which backs up to the Shipyard Golf Course, is always great fun.
