Welcome to the Dragonflies!

Located by the water and two minutes walk from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops.
Discover a beautiful duplex apartment in a renovated building with a private beach!

Ideal for 4 people, it consists of two bedrooms, separate toilet upstairs, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath,
a large terrace on the lake with a grandiose view of the mountains, and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large living room/living room.
You can enter the lake directly from the terrace!
The first room is equipped with a double bed 160x200cm ((Queen Size), with a bay window overlooking the lake and the mountains, with bonus the sunrise!

đŸ…żïžPrivate outdoor parking is included in the booking.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurùs in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

The second bedroom contains a double bed 140x200cm (Double).
The rooms are equipped with storage for your personal belongings.
Television, equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and filter coffee machine .
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

The accommodation is on the ground floor.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance, you can get around without
car during your stay and leave your car in the condominium parking lot.

Duingt, also known as the “pearl of the lake,” is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a
setting of mountains. Visit its old village, admire its two castles and enjoy its beaches!

Run down apartment in a magnificent location

The location is magnificent, there are no other words for it. The apartment itself however is run down. A lot of things are broken or nearly broken (bed, shower, gate to lake and fridge/freezer). If one pays more than € 400,- a night one could expect a level of comfort which this apartment does NOT provide!

Feet not in the water

We had an enjoyable stay at Feet in the water. The views are stunning and we liked Duingt, a quiet area away from the bustle of Annecy but easy to get back to on the bus. General condition of the Apartment is tired, everything worked but could do with a refresh. The advertised private entry to the lake is unusable due to no steps down, and the uneven rocks below. No hand rail on the tight staircase and only an upstairs WC. Not a problem for the young and fit, but might be for the less able. The outside terrace is a nice space but in shade from midday onwards.

soms toch alles een beetje door de vingers zien wat betreft kleine mankementjes zoals hier boven doorgegeven, het is genieten daar met de prachtige uitzichten vd bergen, het meer aan je voeten, wij hadden prachtig weer, elke dag een plons in het meer... het is een aanrader ondanks de drukke weg die enorm lawaai veroorzaakt , de ligging aan het meer maakt veel goed, en nu nog WIFI en je vakantie kan niet meer stuk.

Appartement les pieds dans l’eau

Appartement magnifique et spacieux en duplex les pieds dans l’eau ! La vue du salon prolongĂ© par une terrasse est tout simplement magique tout comme celle de la superbe chambre Ă  l’étage. Il y a un accĂšs au lac depuis la terrasse pour pouvoir se baigner. Les deux salles de bain sont un plus. La balade Ă  vĂ©lo tout au long du lac jusqu’à Annecy est un vrai bonheur ( environ 30 min ) Nous remercions Ă©galement Aurelien pour son accueil et ses conseils.

Le sĂ©jour c'est trĂšs bien passĂ©. Nous avons eu un trĂšs bon accueil, les espaces sont assez grands. La vue est sublime ! Cependant un petit rafraĂźchissement pour la dĂ©coration pourrait ĂȘtre fait. Pour rendre le logement un peu plus moderne.

Beauté et sérénité

De la chambre ou sur la terrasse on ne se lasse pas d'admirer le lac ! Idéalement situé cet appartement est magnifique, Parfait pour se ressourcer. On y a passé un excellent séjour, je le recommande :)
