big family house with beautiful garden and garage
Our big house (240m2) is located in the chic / art Deco district of Lescure, ideal for a family stay. Local shops by foot. Near city center Tramway A 5 min walk (450m) (it takes you in 10 min in the hyper city center of Bordeaux). Station 5 km, Airport 10 km. Arcachon 45 min. Large garage, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, sheets, bath towels, and tea towels provided, WIFI, canal + fiber. Terrace, beautyfull garden, swing, and plancha.
According to your needs, we will arrange/change the beds in the bedrooms.
The house consists in 3 floors:
groundfloor : garage + hall+ one room with bathroom sink
1st floor :hall, kitchen, living , terrace and garden, one big room/office ,toilets with powder room.
2nd floor big room avec dressing et big bathroom, a room with private bathroom, toilets, laundry room, another room with private bathroom.
Plus a fitness space under the roof.
