6 Bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, Townhouse WITH PRIVATE POOL! ENJOY THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS - BEACH AND POOL! This Townhouse features hardwood throughout, sleeps 16, and is situated on the desirable 73rd Street with a 1.5 block walk to Sea Isle's beautiful Southend beach. The home has a full garage equipped with beach chairs, beach tags, and an additional refrigerator for your use. As you enter the Townhouse, to your left you will find the first bedroom with two twin beds and another large bedroom with two queen beds and a TV. The first floor also includes a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The 2nd floor has an exquisite main living space including custom kitchen with all the essentials plus a crockpot, a large center island bar and dining area. The area extends to a spacious living room with sofa and tasteful decor, as well as a gas fireplace and large TV! The living room leads out to covered deck with wicker seating for relaxing after a fun-filled day at the beach! Also on this level is a rear ensuite bedroom with a queen bed, TV and the bathroom has a custom tile shower with glass enclosure. On the 3rd floor you will find 3 more bedrooms including a large rear bedroom with two queen beds, another bathroom with custom tile shower and glass enclosure, a middle bedroom with queen bed, and another huge ensuite with a king bed, TV and two closets. The second ensuite features its own custom-tiled bathroom with glass enclosure and double sink as well as a private deck, perfect for viewing both sunrises and sunsets. Pool opens Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

We cannot recommend this property enough for larger groups. Each year we have a girls trip to the Jersey shore as a culmination of a long year working in a school. This property is by far the BEST we have ever stayed at. The house was spotless upon arrival. Each room is tastefully decorated. The fact that there were no bunk beds was a huge bonus for us and is often difficult to find a place with enough beds and no bunk beds. The mattresses were super comfy, a/c was cold, short walk to the beach and the extra refrigerator in the garage was a huge bonus for storing extra drinks and ice without overloading the kitchen one! The pool is a bonus and a super cute place to hang after a long day in the beach! We hope to rent here each year on out for our girls weekends!

Wonderful stay

We came together to celebrate the life of my brother in law woh passed last fall. The house was absolutely perfect for us. Although the weather was horrible, we were very comfortable bunkered down in the lovely house. Kitchen was stacked with everything we needed. Can’t think of one thing that wasn’t perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay
