This was the perfect place for us to host our small elopement reception! The host had amazing communication and amenities to make our stay as smooth as possible. The view from the backyard was more than we could imagined and our niece loved the “princess” beds!

Beautiful property and house. Too many rules. This host does not want the items in her house touched or moved, which is nonsense when renting a place to a family of strangers for a week. It was very clean upon arrival and very well stocked with usable dishes and cooking equipment.

I know I have some rules about moving furniture and things around, but there is a reason for that. Often there are back to back bookings with a short, sometimes less than 5 hours of time to clean the large house, change all the linens for the beds and launder all the towels, and it takes every minute to get it done properly between guests, so my housekeeping team doesn’t have time to move furniture and furnishings back to their original place. I apologize if that made things more difficult for you and your family, but I just want to make sure that all my guests have a good experience, and that it is as well prepared for them as it was for you. Thank you for your honest review, please come stay again sometime. 😊🌻

Rhonda was amazing with communication. Any concerns she addressed right away. We were a bigger group who wanted to get together before I hunker down having my 2nd little one so we had a house full. 6 adults, 4 kids under 8 and 2 dogs. We never felt on top of eachother and had a great visit. This place had a wonderful ocean view and was a short ride to a great beach. We had pizza from Brookings, made our way to Crescent for the aquarium and Sea quake brewery, then made some yummy smores at the fire pit in the back yard. It was a perfect location. We had a great family vacation here. The house was more than big enough with enough beds and bathrooms- it had the most towels available of any rental I have ever stayed in- it was great! It was close to beaches and the redwoods. The kids loved that there was a piano there and games available.

The master had no closet no dresser, other bedrooms had so much furniture it was hard to maneuver around. In the summer with no air conditioning it is hot and stuffy but the owner did have fans delivered the second day. Having to open windows in a room that isn't on the side of the ocean you get all the road noises and some animal screaming all night. Our experience in the second king bedroom was that the mattress was very firm and not comfortable. We had maintenance issues that were dealt with, and some we had to deal with ourselves, but didn't make our stay very enjoyable. There is questionable art in the master that some would deem very inappropriate that we took down while we were there. I'll post a picture but vrbro might not keep it up.

Most well stocked VRBO ever

We had six people staying in the house and it accommodated all of us beautifully. The house was the most well-stocked house we’ve ever stayed in on VRBO. Centrally located with easy access to both CA and OR I would highly recommend staying here.

It was a nice home and great for all our family to enjoy. It was close to the ocean and in a beautiful area. We would suggest adding some things for the kids to do. More games, outside equipment for them to play on. All in all it was a nice stay.

Great family getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Great views and plenty of room for our group of 9 adults and kids. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Great communication with Rhonda. Would definitely come back!
