Absolute waterfront.
Although this seaside cottage was refurbished a few years ago it retains much of the character and charm associated with the classic kiwi bach. Well appointed designer kitchen with Bosche and Miele appliances. Experience the best of both worlds in this updated coastal charmer appropriately decorated in a nautical theme.
North East facing with lots of sun on full width deck
Your own deep water mooring just a few metres from the shared private wharf with all tide pontoon for dingys. High tide swimming from the front door and all tide swimming from the wharf.
Bush walks to Mansion House and the old copper mine.
Good fishing around Kawau. Filleting bench on wharf. Weber barbeque on the deck.
Special conditions:
Minimum stay 3 nights except from 20 Dec - 20 Jan when the minimum is 7 nights
Bond of $1000 refundable in full on inspection at end of tennancy
Peak Rates apply Dec/Jan + Public and School Holidays
Must bring own towels and bed linen
Must leave property in the same condition as found
Must take away own rubbsih as no collection service on Kawau.
No groups of young singles
