Perfect Beach Getaway

It was perfect. Clean, comfy, and it was so nice to be able to simply walk downstairs to the beach. Once on the beach, youre so close to the city park. So the kids enjoyed the splash pad and playground. Very nice having the option to come back to the deck to be in the pool again. This room works well for a couple and maybe up to two small kiddos.

Not happy at all

Saw the pictures for the listing property looked amazing once we got to the place. It told a completely different story room was not very clean missing plaster on the ceiling bad jobs at repairing holes in the walls it was rundown when you shut the door you can see light coming through. Didn’t feel like the door was very secure definitely needed a lot of maintenance. The door had two handles. One didn’t work. The door got stuck. Building fire alarm went off twice early in the morning. Elevator broke. No cooking utensils to cook with only had one hand towel and one washcloth to use for the whole week that we booked just very lackluster was very disappointed in it.

Hi Kimberly, we're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. The homeowner would like to provide the following clarifications:- We’re having our team inspect the ceiling and door to ensure everything is in good condition.- The building's fire alarm and elevator are managed by the property, and unfortunately, we don’t have control over those systems or their maintenance schedules.- We always stock the unit with a minimum of four towels and additional beach towels, which are stored at the top of the closet.- Cooking utensils are located beneath the sink, and we apologize if they weren’t easy to locate during your stay.- We were not contacted during your visit and would have gladly addressed these concerns right away or discussed a resolution had we known. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the experience for future guests.
