This was our second-year spending Thanksgiving at this property. We absolutely love the location and views of the mountains. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen which allowed us to make many homeade family meals. We also love the town of Pine with shops and cute dining options. We also took a hike on Pinehead Trail and enjoyed the fairly easy trail with amazing views.
We have never stayed at this beautiful home and not left so relaxed and happy. There is such attention to all details! The owner is so responsive, kind and the home is full of all the things you need to have an incredible time and feel like WOW.

From the owner: "Your kind words are so greatly appreciated. We loved hosting your group and delighted in the photos you shared during your stay. Thank you."
The property had plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything you’d want for a peaceful retreat was included, fireplace, chef’s kitchen, luxurious beds, deck with an amazing view and a soaker tub to watch the sunset. Close to hikes with breathtaking views. Convenient to good restaurants. This place left me pining for the pines.

From the Owner: "We absolutely loved reading this. “Pining for the pines” might just be our new favorite phrase! We're so happy your family found the space to relax, recharge, and soak in those sunset views (literally!). It sounds like you enjoyed all the little luxuries we hoped would make your stay special, from cozy fires to stargazing from the tub. Come back anytime the mountains start calling again; we’ll keep the pines swaying for you!"
Our stay exceeded every expectation we set prior to the visit. The kitchen was very well appointed. Other than our food, there was nothing we needed for the kitchen. There were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had all of the sundries one would need while staying there. The community and the forest around the property were beautiful. I cannot find anything negative to say about our stay at the Moonglow Chateau.

Perfect in every way
This home is simply gorgeous! The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever need. The pantry was stocked with those "just in case" you forgot somethings. Very clean, beds were very comfy also. Easy parking and access into the home. The outside deck looking out into the Tonto National Forest was beautiful! Loved the trailhead just outside the back door! We will definitely be back!

From the owner: "We love guest feedback and we've listened. We now have a TV in the master bedroom. We look forward to hosting you again in the future. Thank you!"
We had a truly wonderful stay! First and foremost, the host was incredibly responsive and gracious from beginning to end, which made the whole experience seamless. The home itself is stunning—new, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need. The high-end chef’s kitchen was a dream to cook in, and every detail was clearly labeled with easy-to-follow instructions. There were so many little surprises and delights throughout our stay, from watching hummingbirds visit the feeder daily to spotting deer strolling across the gorgeous backyard framed by the beautiful pine trees. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from downtown Pine with its quirky, charming, and extremely tasty restaurants, as well as world-class hiking trails and the breathtaking Tonto Natural Bridge. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and can’t wait to return!
The home is absolutely lovely. It was very clean. The kitchen is furnished with a 6-burner gas cooktop and 2 ovens. The cookware is top of the line. There is a variety of dishes and glassware, many small appliances, and the pantry was well stocked.Linens are high quality. The decor is charming with touches of local flavor. Easy access to a hiking trail. Beautiful forest views from the interior and exterior. Two great outdoor decks with comfortable seating. The Hummingbird feeders offered a special treat. Star gazing is fantastic. The host was responsive to questions. Pine/Strawberry are fun places to explore. Saw the Elk herd at dusk in Pine.We highly recommend this property and hope to plan another visit.
