Greytown Cottage is a 100sqm 2 bedroom house located in the heart of Greytown (within 5 mins walk of all cafes and bars).
It has a powerful Heatpump/Air-Con which heats up or cools down cottage.

Please Note: Fireplace is NOT usable.

Plenty of room on the driveway to park your car and you can even put your car in the garage if you wish (though you will need to put the table tennis table away first) :)

Great place to stay

Great location, the property is lovely, ideal for families. It wa so clean & had a nice homely feek to it. Delwyn & Lloyd make you feel so welcome especially with the little welcome gifts on the dining table. Highly recommend staying here will definitely be back.

Greytown experience

We enjoyed our stay in Greytown at your place. Greytown is a lovely area with a nice community vibe and shops. The place was well located to shops and eating places. We were within walking distance of everything we needed. The property itself had everything we needed and it was a bonus that the beds were comfy and the place had a table tennis table which we enjoyed using. If coming to Greytown again we would stay here again. The communication given by the owner was fantastic. I give this place 5 stars.

Lovely

Spent two nights at this lovely home. Very clean and airy, perfectly located 5 minutes from the high street. Will stay again next time we’re planning on staying over the hill. And thank you for the eggs!

Fabulous break away

The cottage was a great place to get away to for a couple of days. A very short walk to the Main Street but super quiet. Very comfortable house to stay in, with some fun games to play and great space for our dog to run free. Will definitely be back.

Greytown Cottage

Very comfortable and easy to stay in. Loved the little extras such as fresh eggs and biscuits. Good communication with owners. Great location, so close to Main Street so very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Weather didn’t really play ball but it didn’t stop us enjoying everything on offer.

Great, central Greytown house

We had a lovely, relaxed weekend with our 2 small dogs. The back and front yards are both fully fenced and dog safe. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to Greytowns shops and supermarket. Communication was excellent and check in and out completely hassle-free. Highly recommended.

Greytown - Home away Home

Communication excellent. Everything made easy. Travelling with a friend and my dog. Closed backyard. Everything you want from some lovely eggs, biscuits and everything you need. Very close to shops. Great parking. Facilities great and well maintained. Would certainly recommend and come again if down this way. Thank you Delwyn.

Cute, modern and charming all in one

The house was fabulously well equipped, with lovely homely touches such as free range eggs and choccy bikkies. The decor was stylish and tasteful, but also very comfy and cosy. Every amenity was accounted for, including bikes which we used to investigate the neighbourhood. Shops were only a stone's throw away for excellent dining and shopping. An absolute pearler of a place. Thanks to Lloyd and Delwyn for great comms throughout the process.

Enjoyed our Stay

My wife and I stayed two nights at this property and enjoyed it. Greytown makes a good base for exploring the local wine estates as well as driving the local countryside (which is gorgeous). We enjoyed the way this older house has been remodelled and the interior decor is really nice. We appreciated the house was warm on our arrival as the weather outside was quite chilly and wet. The bathroom is nicely restored and the shower is lovely. The kitchen too is really nice, and we cooked all of our meals there. It wasn't bar-b-que weather during our spring visit, but by the summer months the bar-b-que should be replaced (it's non-functional), and the garden needs attention for it to be enjoyable for guests arriving at that time of the year. Hosts were super responsive and gracious, so I have confidence these minor exterior issues will be taken care of shortly. We'd stay here again. Many thanks.
