Soak up the views, enjoy the spa

Please select 'contact owner', rather than 'request to book'. Enjoy entertaining out in the afternoon sun with the pizza oven, relax on the 50m2 deck, and later jump into the luxury 71 jet, massaging, 9 person spa pool.

This beach house is the ultimate family holiday destination with plenty of space for everyone and is a real sun trap; this the wood-burner and heat pumps keep the house nice and cozy. You will love the newly renovated kitchen, the ample natural light and the outdoor indoor flow. Stretch open the bifolds at the front and the sliding doors at the back and you open up the space to bring the outdoors in. With a choice of decks you can literally follow the sun.

If you have children they will be fully entertained inside the house with the children's books and toys, we have lots of best selling board games. Or you could relax on the deck or soak in the spa with the kids visible and happy in the fully fenced expansive back yard. While you relax, they will be kept busy with the fort, slide, rock climbing wall, and trampoline.

As if this wasn't enough, located on a cul-de-sac with limited traffic it is only a hop skip and a jump to the entrance of Queen Elizabeth 2 park, after enjoying time down at the beach, clear the sand away in the outdoor hot shower.

This house is one street back from the beach and sea views can be enjoyed from two of the three floors. The third floor is truly magnificent. You won't be in any hurry to get out of bed.

Raumati South on the Kapiti Coast offers a relaxing atmosphere and lots of things to do. Whether it's swimming, fishing, long peaceful walks on the vast beach, gazing a sunsets, golf or something more adventurous like aerial flights around Kapiti or rafting some of the rivers - there's something for everybody. The Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club, enjoys a long held reputation as the premier links course in New Zealand. This world class course is only 5 minutes drive away. Tour nature’s Paradise by visiting Kapiti Island's internationally renowned New Zealand nature reserve and bird sanctuary.

We loved this place

We loved this place. It was a real ‘home away from home’; well equipped and with lots of things to keep the four children entertained. It was also a great location to explore the Kapiti Coast and enjoy the beach.

This property was perfect for our family group of eight adults and four young children. The beds were all comfortable and the house layout gave plenty of space for the young families. The main comment was, " this place is amazing!" It was great to have toys and books for the little ones and they loved the trampoline and playhouse. We appreciated the quiet setting and the views as well as proximity to Queen Elizabeth Park and the beach.

Stunning home and property. Everything you could ask for and more in a holiday home - huge back yard with loads of entertainment for the children, which is key! Lovely garden, amazing spa pool and awesome outside shower for post beach wash downs. Breath taking views of sunsets, beach and surrounding area. Easy distance to shops, beach and walks. The house is beautiful and in a quiet location very close to the beach. The house had everything needed for a team of 7 people who used it as a weekend planning retreat for business. We spent a few days over New Year at Beachside Bliss

We spent a few days over New Year at Beachside Bliss. It was brilliant. It's a lovely house with views out to sea and there's a fantastic garden too. It's only a couple of minutes walk to the entrance to QEII park. We thoroughly enjoyed the large spa pool and sampling the quail's eggs. Although we didn't bring any kids on this trip, it is also a great place to stay for anyone with a young family. I should also mention the owner was extremely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
