About this property

Bluebell Studio Unit in rural setting near Havelock North

This Studio unit has a SuperKing size bed, arm chairs, MySKY TV/Freeview, an ensuite with a good gas shower. There is NO capacity for extra guests in the unit no matter what this website offers - a maximum of TWO guests sharing ONE Superking size bed sorry. No extras at all sorry as there is no space. At no time will we allow anyone to sleep on our furniture for obvious health and hygiene reasons.

Although smallish (21 square metres) it is very clean and comfortable and offers an affordable alternative to our larger cottages. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine, kettle, tea, coffee and hot chocolate drinks and plunger coffee are provided. No kitchen is available. Please look at our other listings if you require a kitchen:) We advertise a Two Bedroom cottage but at times guests may be able to book just one bedroom/ensuite of that as an alternative to this non-cooking studio. Please see our Two Bedroom listing to enquire.

A Weber Baby Q BBQ is available for your use but cleaning of it is the guest's responsibility please.

A small fenced courtyard is right outside your door with chairs to sit out and enjoy the rural view.

Property has its own on-site good water supply drilled in 2012.

FREE Unlimited WI-FI and and a enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY little ice cream treat on day of arrival.

PEAK rates may apply (including minimum stay periods and minimum guest rates) during peak events or weekends.

Lovely clean one-bed unit in the country, but close to both Havelock North and Hastings. Quiet, comfortable, and nice owner who communicates well.

Why they chose this property

We live 5 km to Havelock North or Hastings surrounded by an orchard setting yet still so close to town.
Guests love the country feel, birdsong and watching the rabbits play. They also love the comfortable beds and chairs, the swimming pool in summer, airconditioning and free unlimited WiFi not to mention the ice cream (on a stick) each on arrival.
