About this property

1980"s modernized home, large backyard, great indoor outdoor living.

There is plenty of room for parking and a large secure outdoor grassed area with patio furniture.

A beautiful scenic 20 minute walk along the waterfront to the town centre. This house is also close to walking and biking tracks of Sticky Forest, some of the best riding in the area.
Plenty of room in the lockable garage to store all of your bikes safely, and room to clean them in the rear yard.

Lake Wanaka is a great central location during both the winter and summer seasons for all recreational activities including skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, boating and exploring the lakes and rivers in the area. Wanaka is also host to many tourist attractions including scenic flights, Mt Aspiring National Park and access to the Clutha River.
