The home is open and sunny, has large decks perfect for the family
to gather and relax while enjoying the amazing views.
The property is on a hill and there is a large area of native bush at the
rear which lends a feeling of calmness and privacy.
The town and beach is less than 5 minutes drive away and it
is an easy drive to Hot Water Beach and Cathedral Cove.
The larger town of Whitianga is a 45 minute drive away, and has
supermarkets, and heaps of shopping options.

No smoking permitted inside.
