With its breathtaking views over Onetangi Beach and huge vortex spa, Pah View House has one of the premium Waiheke locations, and offers very spacious Luxury accommodation.

You will be hosted by Coast and Country Boutique Holiday Accommodation on Waiheke.

When you enter the house - the open plan living area has huge floor to ceiling windows which open out on to sun drenched deck with a lawn that stretches out towards the sea. The setting is extremely private and exquisitely beautiful.
The Spa is positioned on the front deck with fantastic views over the ocean, the perfect place to relax!

The property is fully equipped with all you could need for a relaxing holiday at the beach and there is a walkway that runs from the garden directly down to the beach.

Being in a central Onetangi location gives you convenience to all of the Onetangi cafes, shops and bars and also the vineyards of Obsidien and Casito Miro are close by.
This beautifully presented home offers four bedrooms, two living spaces, set over two levels.

MAIN LEVEL: main living room / dining area / kitchen / bathroom (with Bath) / one queen bedroom
UPPER LEVEL: TV lounge with sea facing balcony / master bedroom with ensuite and private balcony / second queen bedroom bedroom
EXTERNAL ACCESS TO: bunk room with 2 sets of bunks, sleeping up to 4 guests

Each stay incurs a $280 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy.

Please note that this house is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults, but can sleep 10 if a family group.

Gorgous island getaway

Absolutely thrilled with the accommodation and the incredible view to wake up to each morning. Was in great location to local beachside cafes and eateries and for going to the beach whenever.

Stunning Views and Great Location

Eight of us stayed here for a girls trip, layout was great, amazing views and walkable to shops and beach. No complaints, however the bathroom layout is a bit strange for friends - would work fine for family.

Breathtaking views

Amazing property to stay at. Clean and plenty of room. The views were totally breathtaking - didn’t want to leave. Only recommendation would be to have proper mattresses in bunk room.

We did enjoyed the place

Overall, it is a cosy house with amazing view, although the internet has a problem on the first day, after communicated with Penny, it got sorted. In Oct, the weather still cold, although the house has fire place downstairs, it would be nice if heater would be provided upstairs. Overall, it is nice place and we have a good time there!

Great place !

The house is great for a family of 6. The room with the 4 bunkbeds is not appropriate in this price range at all. The indoor plants have been neglected and looked really bad. A couple of doors made noise when they have been used and one bedroom door was so bad that other people woke up when one needed the toilet. Over all: we had a fantastic time in a wonderful spot.

Great location. Beautiful view. Easy communication with property managers. Easy walking access to beach front, cafes & restaurants at Onetangi and short walk to bus stops which we caught to & from ferry and to vineyard. Great weekend. Thank you

Fantastic property and out of this world views

Amazing place for a getaway with great friends to stay while visiting wineries and relaxing. Plenty of space and OMG, the views!!! We had 9 staying inside and in bunk house. Would have been great for bunk house to have bathroom but apart from that I couldn’t think of a better place to stay.

Magical Destination

We were here to celebrate my 60th Birthday and the property surpassed our expectations, awesome view and weather was amazing (the deck area is private and so sunny...made it hard to leave to go exploring the island). We took our car over and found the location was very central to the island's different attractions. Definitely recommend and would love to come and stay again. Thank you for an awesome stay :)

Girls weekend (40 birthday)

House exceeded my expectations, such a beautiful location and very handy to everything ie shops, vineyards, beach, Charlie Farleys. Was well stocked with cooking equipment, cutlery, crockery etc. Also has gas fire which heated house well, so good property for all year round. There were 9 of us overall (adults) sharing rooms or in the bunk room. This was the only surprise as I knew it had external access and lower level of house, but wasn’t quite what I expected. Was still tidy, had heater etc and suited purposes. But probably more suitable for only 2 adults or 4 kids. Otherwise it was great. Penny was amazing and really helpful to deal with. Was very welcoming and clear instructions on check in and house maintenance etc. Were lucky enough to have 2 power cuts (because it’s a regular thing on Waiheke) whole we were there. But Penny was really great in helping us through the experience quickly so we could get on with enjoying our stay. Her recommendations for QP Shuttles to help us get around was a life saver, great service and really cost effective. Will definitely stay again

The best view in Onetangi

Pah view house is more incredible in the flesh than it is in the photos - a gorgeous comfortable homely place with views that stretch the length of Onetangi place. Close to everything but elevated for privacy - this is a great spot to get away and unwind. You will not be disappointed

Million dollar views

A great 90th birthday celebration with our family away on Waiheke, house is absolutely beautiful and with a walkway to the beach and not far from the bus you can't ask for more. Will be back!!

View is the best of all - rest of the house is pretty nice too

The view is breathtaking and the house has nice sweeping windows on both levels so you can take it all in. The master bedroom also looks out onto the view and is lovely to wake up to when you open the blind with the remote. Both the master and downstairs bedroom are nice and large though the sleep-out room is really only suitable for children. There is a nice big TV in the upstairs lounge, but no TV downstairs which is odd (not that we were there to watch TV but to have the option would be nice) The spa was nice, modern, clean and big - and the kitchen is quite well equipped. The property is very private, and has a short walk down to the beach and is overall very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
