At Coast and Country Boutique Holiday Accommodation on Waiheke we have something to suit your every need.

ONETANGI VISTA is a fantastic holiday home and separate cottage, set in a beautifully designed garden. The house is bright and sunny and faces North with views of the ocean. You are surrounded by lush lawns, tropical and native trees and bird song. This holiday property offers you peace and tranquility and a retreat from the world. Relax on the outdoor lounge suite on the sundrenched deck or wander to Onetangi beach and cafes.

With an open-plan layout and multiple living and dining spaces inside and out, this home the perfect place to base your family and friends for an island holiday.
The living and kitchen space look out onto the spectacular sea view and the bifold doors open to a spacious wrap deck and lead to the flat lawns. The separate cottage means the property is ideal for two families or additional guests who can enjoy their own space.
The main house bedrooms both open out onto the front decks and have spectacular sea views and the cottage bedrooms open out onto the lawn area
ONETANGI VISTA is a 15 – 20 min walk or 1 min drive to Onetangi beach and cafes . You can go kayaking, swimming, golfing, fishing or take advantage of Eco Zip and forest and bird walks, all short distance away and with the Vineyards of Tantalus Estate, Te Motu, Stoneyridge, Wild on Waiheke, Peacock Sky, Obsidien, Casito Miro just a 2 min drive away – you have everything you need for the perfect holiday on your doorstep!

Please Note - We can only accept a maximum of 6 adults at this proprty with an additional 2 children

Each stay incurs a $240 charge for quality linen, towels and exit clean

Minimum stay 2 nights except:
• 7 nights from mid December to mid January
• 4 nights the rest of January
• 3 nights all holiday weekends.

Special conditions:
Family groups preferred.
Smoking is not permitted at this property
The property may not to be used for are gatherings, parties or weddings.

Very relaxing

Traveled as a family of four with 2 older teenagers and the property was fantastic. Lots of great spaces both indoors and out where the family could relax individually or come together to chat and hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and left considerably more relaxed than when we arrived.

Relaxing at Waiheke

Comfortable and well appointed. Lovely beds and linen. Our communication with the property manager was efficient and quick and they dealt with a minor issue promptly. It feels like a well loved home and the garden is worth a visit on its own.

Relaxing Fun Long Weekend on Waiheke

Great property for us 3 couples. The house was well set up and easy to feel at home in. So much to do on the Island and a great place to relax on the deck in the afternoon with awesome views. We tried out 3 great Restaurants at Onetangi Beach that were an easy walk from the house. Thanks for sharing your lovely house with us.

This property was perfect for 2 families to get together and explore Waiheke together. Great Option for our Family Group

We had a great 3 night stay here with 3 generations of our family celebrating a special occasion. The house was very comfortable to live in, a nice mix of old and new. Plenty of plates, cutlery, glassware etc and a range of pots and pans. The kitchen was original in parts and a bit eclectic and the dishwasher older but the oven was modern and huge and the fridge/freezer excellent. Loved the views, especially from the master bedroom (magical) and all bedrooms were well appointed with great beds and furniture. The cottage was perfect for our daughter, son in law and their 2 young children and the deck with large outdoor dining table between the house and the cottage allowed us a comfortable place to sit and talk the night away while keeping an eye and ear out for sleeping children. There were several spaces we had to take care with the toddler but we were able to strategically place outdoor furniture to keep him away from steps and other hazards so that we could relax and not worry. A door at the bottom of the stairs up to the master bedroom made it easy to keep him safe inside. All in all this was a great option for us and we were very happy with our choice.

Great Stay

Was a great weekend, check in process was easy and property was perfect for our little group. House has amazing views and the native bird life was amazing to watch while having a local glass of wine on the deck. Information pack in the house was really useful and made for easy exploring of the Island. We used Sams shuttles to get around and they were very helpful. Great stay thanks.

Great place for 4 couples

Gorgeous place nestled in the native bush overlooking the water. Had a great morning there....we all walked to beach and had a coffee, walked home, had breakfast on the deck. The restaurant on the beach (e.g. "372" or some other number as the name) was outstanding!!! You need to book. Will be returning.

The house is lovely. Homey, yet stylish. Great bedroom layout - with three double+ beds - and a smaller 4th bedroom. Allowed for everyone to retreat for some quiet time. Loved the location - situated in bush - and yet a short walk to Onetangi Beach and cafes. Just lovely.
