A comfortable and warm 2 bedroom apartment with wonderful views of Mt Ruapehu and the native bush reserves from the lounge and deck.

Please note the apartment is UPSTAIRS only.

Great location

Great base for exploring the mountain and local area. No air con and a bit stuffy on a hot summers night even with the windows open but can't really complain as the property was clean and tidy with a bonus of walking distance to the Powderkeg :)

Modern & warm accomodation

We stayed in the apartment with family & absolutely loved it. The apartment was so warm & modern. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The rooms were spacious & warm, the bathroom was modern & overall the space was really clean. Ide say it’s one of the best places to stay in Ohakune, with hot tubs right next door and stunning mountain views from the living area. Host was kind & had great communication. I would stay again!

LOVED IT

My husband & I stayed at this apartment for 5 nights during winter. It was handy to the mountain, and just a short drive into Ohakune. With the gas fire, it was super cosy. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked most nights rather than going out. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I'd rent this again.

Perfectly clean, well appointed property in very quiet location.

Perfectly clean, well appointed property in very quiet location. We stayed in summer (which is the off season for this ski area). Beautiful view of the mountain and the alpaca farm next door. We LOVED being able to walk from the apartment to a very nice forest walk, which we ended up doing every night after dinner. The onsite manager was very helpful and friendly. Wifi was appreciated but we needed to sit at the picnic table outside the office to get it on our device.

Amazing place, beautiful views (if not cloudy).

Amazing place, beautiful views (if not cloudy)... it had everything we need and even a dishwasher. A little dificult to use the spa - as this is a shared facility we did had ro wait to use it. Easy drive to Turoa.. walking distance to pubs and restaurant. Quiet upstairs apartment, would definitely come back.
